My order took way too long to even get a tracking number which is unacceptable. Products were out of stock and while one product was upgraded, that went out of stock too. When I contact customer support I’m given a very generic ChatGPT type response. I even requested to have a partial shipment done and was told no due to the product upgrade. I’m now looking into a new hair care brand or just ordering from Sephora/Amazon directly because this was not it.

Made my hair fall out!
The blue ones the hydro bottles. The orange bottles did not but the blue ones did. It was TERRIBLE!! They wont even give me a refund!

I purchased an Amika Triple Header blow dryer brush around November 2024 - a nearly $200 purchase, and while it had limited reviews I had good experiences with their other products so I decided to take a chance on them.

BIG MISTAKE.
CAVEAT EMPTOR - DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

Less than a year later the heads started detaching while using it and then slowly the entire heating body started coming off of the top.

It took me a couple months to get my act together due to work travel and I contacted them several times through their website.

They ignored me until I finally contacted the Banks Group which is their holding company and only after that did they deign to give me any kind of support.

They basically told me that a $200 device is after it's warranty and that all of the heads come off including the heating device of the head because the filter is somewhat blocked.

Absurdity at its finest.

Seriously terrible service.

Do not even bother purchasing this.

This extremely expensive item will not even last you a year. Don't bother.

I love amika. However the last shampoo and conditioner made my hair greasy. I wish I could replace it with another one.

Love their products. Love the soft scent that is not too overpowering. Their moisture line is amazing!!

I have had the same issues with my dry shampoo oil control spray can. The product is in it, but after a few uses, it stops working. The amika rep immediately assisted me, asked me to provide some documentation and video. They sent me a new product ASAP. I appreciate them. I also hope my feedback for getting this stuff in a different kind of bottle (not aerosol can) gets taken into consideration!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEIR SITE! THEY ARE SLOW AND RIDICULOUS WITH HOW SLOW THEY ARE WITH THE SHIPPING. However, the product is amazing...their website is on the opposite side of the spectrum. unreal!

Completely love Amika’s products. I have consistently used the full line of products and my hair is so good. Definitely recommend.

My teen loves her Amika. Her hair is soft and silky.

The products are amazing, however when you pay for a product and it comes packaged poorly, and empty you reach out to them and then pay an extra 5 to have it resent when you show proof of the box that is soaked in product and a video of an empty bottle and have emailed them several times and this was over 5 months ago still no wizard. Very disappointed in the company not the product as I went and bought it at ulta so I know I get my product and not an empty bottle.

I am very impressed with the customer service. They took care of a situation with shipping immediately, no questions asked. I love the Amika products and I have been telling everyone how amazing the customer service is.

I learned about this product line from my hairstylist. She uses them and I was amazed. Bought the whole line for myself and my daughters. Every product has been top notch. Shipping was very quick. Packaging was great. Website is easy to navigate.

The company isn't taking customer service phone calls, when I just called. The chatbot on their site is not helpful. My order was to arrive 12/5/25 according to tracking, but it never updated until today 12/10/25. This is bad service! Who knows when or if I will receive my order and who knows in what condition -frozen, damaged, etc. Customers deserve to know exactly when is delivery, so package can be brought in immediately out of the freezing temperature. I love the product, but this terrible service will keep me from ordering again.

I would give this zero stars if I could. Placed an order in November 30th. They had no problem taking the money out of my account but haven’t updated a single thing no tracking information no date. Nothing. Poor customer service I must of called 20 times, I’ve sent emails. Chats. No response. DO NOT ORDER FROM AMIKA CANADA ONLINE!
