Poor service

Mrs Margaret Penman Disappointed with my product
came with a massive slit in the material.
However packaging all ok not damaged at all .
Emailed customer service had no reply not happy they could at least replied to replace this product.

Beautiful dressing gown…

I received the croissant fleece dressing gown and it is beautiful !! I have never seen such a selection of lovely dressing gowns that are a bit different from the normal. I don't think they are expensive for the quality and finish of them, which is superb. This is my first purchase and I'm about to order some p j's for myself.

My daughter is autistic and is very particular in the material of clothing she wears. These pyjamas are perfect for her and worth the money.

Im surprised this is even stocked

Im surprised this is even stocked, well anywhere really, apart from shein and ali express? This brand is clearly drop shipped from alibaba but sold on retailers like asos. The quality is awful and the static is insane! Im a size M and got an XL! Even though its an XL the arms chest and arms are ridiculously small to the point its just uncomfortable and exposing my wrists, the length of the gown is soo long so wouldn't even be proportional if someone's arms were as short as these sleeves, better quality at primark! This is just cheap rubish from china marked up for profit.

Extremely disappointed…

I brought the black plush dressing gown, as a Mother’s Day gift and was extremely disappointed in the quality of the item, there was a significant hole under the arm. Learned a valuable lesson and will only purchase from reputable companies in the future.

Poor quality item ruined after one wash!

Brought a dressing gown as a Christmas present which looked great and wife was happy however, after one was it came out looking as if I’d owned it for 2 years. It looked really tired and the material really degraded despite following the washing instructions. Very disappointed.

Poor quality and Customer Service

I am very disappointed with both the product and the customer service. The Plush Bootie Slippers from Loungeable looked cosy, but the inside stitching is so rough it scratches your feet. I returned the first pair only to be told I could not get a refund because they had been worn, even though that was the only way to discover the fault. I accepted a replacement but the second pair had the same problem. Poor quality and poor handling of a clear product issue.

Absolutely fantastic 🤩

Not only did the items arrive on time, but the quality is absolutely fantastic!! I am delighted with my new ‘comfy’ clothes. I highly recommend these guys, they are also really competitively priced. I will be purchasing more outfits soon 😊

Useless

Paid £5 next day delivery, day 4 and still not been received with no updates or response to my messages.

EDIT: just received a response as below, over 1 year later! Ridiculous! I’ll email you (again) and see if I get a response about a delivery refund this time!

Our Next Day Delivery service applies to orders placed before 12 noon, Monday to Friday, with delivery due on the next working day. Unfortunately, while rare, a small percentage of parcels can be delayed or lost in transit by the courier.

If you had contacted us directly, we would have investigated this as a matter of urgency and, where appropriate, arranged a replacement to be sent straight away. We would also be happy to refund the delivery charge where the service paid for was not received.
