I wish I could give this review a lesser star then one!!!! The jewelry is of the poorest quality. I have gotten nicer pieces on temu!! One of the rings I got was $30.00. It is such a piece of crap I'm embarrassed I paid for this crap. DO WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS CRAP!!!!! The bracelets don't even fit my wrists and I have small wrist. They might fit a 1 year old child. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!, HORRIBLE!!!!! Oh! And the only sent me 5 out of the 7 pieces I choose.....

I had really high hopes for this brand. Two out of the seven pieces I think I’ll be able to wear. The necklaces are of bad quality. And the color does not match any of my other gold jewelry. I will say, though I do like the hoop earrings that I got, and they clap nicely. Overall I won’t be purchasing again but I’m not going to even try to return them because of all the other reviews saying not to bather 

I received my Seven Piece Package today. The huggie earrings and the 5 diamond stud set were lovely. The chains are poor quality and the clasps are horrid and cheap. The paperclip bracelet was only partially paper clip and the rest tiny cheep chain. The actual clasps don't open enough to stick through the cheep crappy flat end (not a heavy duty ring). One flat end was put on backwards so it doesn't work at all with the clasp. Will not reorder!

I would give it a 0 if I could. Ordered a necklace and paid for it and have not received it. They state that it had been delivered. When I emailed them several times I continued to get the same response and absolutely no help or solution to the problem. This company is horrible. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Also did I mention that upon sending the 4th email I believe my emails stopped going through because they were bouncing right back to me. I made an order early December and it’s now January 8th and still no product.

The best thing I can say about this jewelry is the packaging is nice. The actual pieces of jewelry however are made cheap and look like brass. I ordered seven pieces and not one of them is worth more than a few dollars. Two of the necklaces had broken clasps and the rings were definitely not sized correctly. They are the quality of something you would get from the kid's section in Claire's. I threw them away. Do not waste any of your money on this!

Get what you pay for I guess. Arrived late. Cheesy design and not gold color like the photos.

Garbage jewelry. Is there really more that needs to be said? This jewelry company claims their items to be waterproof, sweat-proof, and tarnish-free but part of my order ARRIVED tarnished. As far as I know they were unworn and brand new. The stud earrings, tennis bracelet (one of the pre-tarnished items), and tennis necklace (another pre-tarnished piece) are laughable. The four prongs are long and thin, worse than Target costume jewelry. I wouldn't let my kids play with these tetanus injections. Return shipping is paid by the purchaser with tracking required. Toss.

The order took forever to ship and then never made it. The tracking shows it never left china and they delivered to somewhere on a 6th floor but dont give no address.

My address was in the united states and does not have a 6th floor. They are a Scam

Terrible company with even worse customer service. My order was placed more than a month ago and it still hasn’t arrived. Repeated complaints and no response from them. Their customer service is completely useless and no one responds. Do not waste your money on buying from this brand

if I could give zero stars I would. I did order from them a while back and received my jewelry however, within a few months it tarnished and when I contacted them about their lifetime warranty, they said it had to be within 30 days. Not quite sure how that’s lifetime. Recently, I did an order of over $200 that never arrived. I have reached out to them it took over two weeks to get a response and now they just keep saying they are shipping shows it was delivered and sending me the same message over and over essentially blaming me for not being able to locate it. Their items are from China, are shipped from China, and are unreliable. Do not shop here.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Louise Carter Jewelry.

I initially purchased the “7 items for $85” deal and only received 6 items—one item was completely missing from my order. Shortly after, I received a Buy One Get One Free promotion for the Caicos Beaded Bracelet, which is described and displayed as a bundle. Based on the product images and description, I reasonably assumed the bundle included three bracelets, yet my original order arrived with only one bracelet.

When I saw the BOGO promotion, I placed a second order thinking it would allow me to receive the remaining bracelets and complete the bundle as advertised. Unfortunately, that order also arrived with only one additional bracelet. To make matters worse, the first bracelet was shipped in the wrong size, leaving me with two bracelets in different sizes, which is unusable.

I understand these are first-world problems, but my frustration stems from what feels like misleading advertising and poor order fulfillment. I ultimately paid far more than I am comfortable with for a single bracelet, based on product descriptions and images that implied I was receiving more than I actually did.

What’s even more concerning is the lack of effective customer service. I doubt I am the only one experiencing these issues, and it appears that customer support does not read emails thoroughly, as I continue to receive generic responses that do not address any of my actual concerns.

Overall, this experience has been frustrating and disappointing. Good luck to anyone considering purchasing from them.

Terrible quality. 4 out of 10 products broke within 5 days. Do not buy. Straight from a Chinese factory.

Only received half of what I ordered, took 3 weeks to get delivered AND I still haven't heard anything back from their customer service despite multiple emails. TERRIBLE.

Waited for more than 1 ½ months for delivery and once arrived rings where totally fine but wearing the jewelry for 1 week, the color changed, one ring broke. Very disapointed.

I fell for the scam. Almost 30 days later, none of my packages are tracking. Zero help from their “customer service” team. Hundreds of dollars lost. Their comments are turned off on Insta which is a huge red flag. No customer service number. I wish the Feds would shut them down. THOUSANDS of dollars lost based on over 500…. 1 star reviews on Trust Pilot. I should have done my research before falling for their non- stop marketing posts on Insta. Do not fall for this like I did! ***** UPDATE***** I finally received my jewelry 6 weeks after I ordered it. I actually like some of the pieces but the color is off, def NOT gold... a little brassy / bright yellow for some of the pieces but a few of them are still wearable. VERY frustrating because I ordered on Black Friday after literally being marketed to EVERY DAY on Instagram. I wanted to wear the pieces during the holidays and more importantly, since I ordered 20 pieces I planned to give out at least 10 pieces as Christmas gifts. After holding onto hope that my order would arrive before Christmas.... finally, on Christmas eve I was literally SCRAMBLING, driving around from store to store to buy gifts for all of the people I planned to give the jewelry to which costed me a LOT of money. Spent over $200.00 on jewelry that didn't arrive in time for Christmas & ended up breaking the bank to buy gifts that I should NOT have had to buy on Christmas eve! If you are marketing to ppl on Black Friday, you need to be CRYSTAL clear and say "these items will NOT arrive in time for Christmas"!!!! The reason why they DONT say that is because they KNOW that it will deter people from buying & these ppl DONT care!!!! After seeing the 500 PLUS 1 star reviews on Trust pilot, you would THINK they would try to change their ways and improve their jewelry quality and shipping time - but they DONT - because they don't CARE. When I see the videos on Insta of the owner trying to act like she CARES by sending her "best clients" free gifts, it makes me SICK. Total misrepresentation. The owner is a complete fraud. Karma doesn’t play around & it will ALWAYS catch up with you.

This is all a crock of sh… they are a Chinese company posing as an American company and all the models and women claiming to have designed it are also fake. Don’t buy!!!!

It didn’t give me a working tracking number, and it took a month to arrive, but when it did, I loved the pieces, and was great for the value. I would order again.

This company shouldn't exist!!!!!!! Jewelry horrible, most of them came broken, or broke while wearing. Tarnish, specially connecting parts. Looks cheap. Customer service as horrible as their jewelry!!!!!! I should read the reviews before purchasing!!!!!! TOTALLY WAIST OF MONEY! STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Can confirm this company sells cheap and weak jewelry, 3/7 of my pieces broke within the first week of having them. 2 of them broke on the first day almost immediately out of packaging.
