If I could I would give no star. It's been almost 3 months and still have received my package. They said it was delivered once already to my house. That's a lie. So I said something to then and they apologized and said they would send a second one for no charge at all and they would reimburse me 20% of my order... neither has happened. It's been a month since that. DO NOT TRUST LORANOVIA, THEY ARE SCAMMERS. they like to steal your money. DO NOT FALL VICTIM!!!

Do not trust this company they are liars they take your money you never receive your merchandise you send emails no response they are the worst scammers liars never got my package do not order from this company scammers

Absolutely shit. I got scammed outta 46 dollars. Never even got any clothing and my order just disappeared after a month waiting. Company won't do shit. Huge scam. If I could make negative stars i would.

The company took my money and sent me nothing... I emailed them saying I haven't received it and no response. It's a scam

If I could give this negative stars, I absolutely would. This entire website is a scam. It is fraud. Do not order from them.!! there is nothing to send. They will just take your money. They will update your tracking on dates that are not accurate. Their entire system is fraud. Don’t even bother you might as well order from a chop shop.

Ordered dresses which arrived a week late.
I emailed and said I wanted to return the items as they were no longer needed as arrived late. They said I can return but at my own cost. They then advised that the returns address is China (their website states based in Netherlands) which cost me over £30! Long story short, the goods got to china and then were refused and came back to me which took 5 months. They have stopped replying to my emails and their phone number doesn’t work. I am out of pocket £111.00

spent $51.00 and got s tracking number. they never delivered the package despite saying they did...do not recieve the product

I placed an order a month ago. They got their money. I still have no package. I try tracking using the link they sent. Supposedly it's been sitting in a sorting center here in my hometown for 4 days. I emailed a second time and got told it's in transit. It's out to be delivered. That was 2 days ago still no package. Their package tracking program still shows it's in sorting. They keep saying they'll help me with after sale service. They made their sale when the got their payment. Now I'd like my service in the form of my package or my money back.

Placed an order, got a tracking number. Tracking said delivered, no package arrived. They immediately said they would send it again, got a tracking number, said it was delivered, no package. I complained again, they said I would receive a 70% refund. Frustrated and irritated beyond words. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!

I placed an order on March 17, 2025. Took my payment and sent an email confirmation number with a tracking number. Followed the tracking for 20 days and then the tracking said package delivered. I did not receive my order. Sent an email to the company. They responded and apologized and would send out another duplicate order with expedited delivery 7 to 15 days at no cost to me. Again, received a tracking number. Watched the tracking and again it said package delivered on 5/5/26. No package received. I sent another email telling them I did not receive my order again and to refund my credit card. I received a reply back that said “thank you for your support.” That was it. So, I contacted my credit card company and filed a claim for fraud. I’m lucky it was only $34.03.

Took my money and say they delivered my merchandise but did not deliver any thing...they can't even give me an address where they delivered to so they lied and are keeping my money....they are the worst and I do not recommend them to anyone...they are theives

There was a mixup with the delivery address as the parcel was initially sent to the billing address instead of the shipping address Once it was flagged the issue was handled professionally and clearly and the team were helpful in resolving it Overall, the communication was good and the experience was reassuring

Fraudsters be very careful I've been scammed recently after making the payment I've received an email that your parcels been dispatched and still in transit well it's still in the air after three weeks I have asked them for refund they're just taking their time with no positive response no names when a fake customer service replied back then I've checked their business address that doesn't exist it's a residential house in Netherlands old people's home its a big scam UK customer are the victims I've reported them to HMRC another thing after checking deep they've different emails from Canada as well and most of their emails they're hiding their identities means no name when they reply back ip address is no where near within Europe so confirm scam.
If you do become a victim don't use your debit card pay from credit card and send the item back to Netherlands address by law all companies are bound to conform their return policy online not via email according to these scammers they claim that their warehouse is in China but none of us ordered from China we've placed an order from Netherlands as Chinese products are fake and cheap this is deception once you've made the payment obviously you will receive a fake product then returning items cost money to China where most of the customers get frustrated because of return costs do not deal with these scammers.
They have another web site with slight different spell lorvinia or lorvena kindly check as that's another scam same products same layout of Web site and has hundreds of negative comments means world wide scammers.
I have reported them and making sure that none of us get scammed again.

I sought a refund after my order was not suitable. Although I had to pay for my own return from UK to China my refund was processed swiftly.

DO NOT BUY FROM LORVINNA

Purchased from LORVINNA outfit arrived over 2 weeks when I had paid £10 express delivery which stated be with me 3-5 working days, 9 working days later it arrived will not refund me customer service shocking and outfit quality poor better outfits of SHEIN for a fraction of the price.
