Had a lovely experience.

Had a lovely experience with this provider. It was all very well organised, I was never left wondering anything. Someone was always easy to get hold of and got back to you promptly when required. I felt safe in good hands with my surgeon and would happily use them again in the future.

My experience with this hospital was…

My experience with this hospital was extremely disappointing. I felt uncomfortable and unsupported during the consultation process, and communication throughout was poor. After making a formal complaint, the hospital issued a full refund and confirmed internal restructuring and additional staff training. While I appreciate the outcome, the overall experience caused significant stress and I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.

I had an exceptional experience with Dr Shamik Basu and his entire team.

From the very first consultation, I felt completely informed, understood, and at ease. I took the time to explain the exact type of result I wanted. Natural, balanced, and in proportion with my body and he not only listened carefully but translated that vision into a result that genuinely exceeded my expectations! His attention to detail and ability to tailor the outcome so precisely to my goals really stood out!

Every step of the process was explained clearly, so I always knew exactly what to expect, which made me feel confident and fully prepared. On the day of the procedure, the nurses were incredibly attentive and reassuring. I felt consistently supported and cared for throughout.

What also sets Dr Basu apart is the quality of the aftercare. It has been thorough, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful, making the entire experience feel seamless from start to finish.

I’m so grateful for the level of professionalism, precision, and care I received. If you’re looking for someone who truly listens and delivers results that align beautifully with your vision, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr Basu.

I recently underwent surgery at the London Private Hospital, and I feel compelled to share my exceptional experience. After consulting with several hospitals across London, I immediately felt at home the moment I entered this facility.

The standout of my experience was undoubtedly Dr. Anna De Leo, the surgeon. Her professionalism and dedication are truly remarkable. During my initial consultation, Dr. Anna De Leo took the time to thoroughly explain every aspect of the procedure, addressing all my questions with clarity and compassion. Her extensive experience and reassuring demeanor made me feel confident and understood, leading me to choose her without hesitation.

A few weeks after my consultation, I had the surgery, and I cannot express enough gratitude to the entire team at the hospital. The level of professionalism exhibited by the staff was outstanding. They created a calming atmosphere that alleviated my pre-surgery anxiety. The nurses and doctors worked seamlessly together, ensuring I felt comfortable and supported throughout the process.

I would especially like to thank Dr. Anna De Leo for her expertise, as well as Dr. Khalil, the anaesthetist, and nurses Huda and Saimah, who provided exceptional care. Their friendly and attentive approach made a significant difference and truly put me at ease.

I highly recommend the London Private Hospital and, specifically, Dr. Anna De Leo for anyone considering surgery. The care and attention I received were unparalleled, and I will undoubtedly return for any future medical needs.
