I thoroughly enjoy getting a hydrafacial at premier laser and skin. I usually have one as a treat to myself and I always leave the clinic feeling fresh and my skin looking super clean. What I like about the hydrafacial is the extraction process, how hydrated my skin becomes and the laser process at the end. I can see a noticeable difference in my skin and I feel very glowy. Also the customer service is really good and everyone is really friendly. Thank you for always looking after me. I appreciate it.

I have been going to the Fulham clinic for a while now, and always feel so comfortable and well taken care of. The staff are welcoming and kind. Even though I’ve moved across town, I will always happily travel to premier laser for the service and the results. Highly recommend!

Premier Laser & Skin Clinic -Kingston @ 4 Eden Street.
Issues not resolved even though I have complaint.
1. Botched laser hair removal: Burn induced by technician/therapist (Saba) on face above upper lip on my third appointment in September 2021 for which I’ve complaint. Saba carelessly started to laser my face without the cold air being turned on. She also burned part of one side of my eyelashes on my first appointment for which I didn’t make any complaint at the time.
2. My booked slot consultation with Dr Ankeet (£50 charged in advance) was changed with hours to spare to an earlier time on the day (31/05/2021); on my way to the clinic they rang to inform me that Dr Ankeet won’t turn up for work after all & Premier Laser Clinic -Kingston told me that I can have the consultation on my birthday instead. I declined as I had plans for my birthday and went to a clinic local to me. The £50 consultation fee was non- refundable apparently and I was told I can purchase products displayed in the Kingston clinic’s reception. This resulted in me buying products above my budget which didn’t make any difference to my skin.
3. The £30 off first treatment voucher advertised on the Premier Laser & Skin Clinic’s website for online booking wasn’t applied on my first treatment. Instead the receptionist told me she “will make a note in my Premier Laser & Skin Clinic account for my other future new treatment”.???
4. After being burned by Saba I complaint on the PL&SC’s WhatsApp chat as I have found hard to get someone to speak to during the weekend and finally I was contacted by the Premier Laser & Skin Clinic Kingston staff member on 07/09/2021. I was asked to travel to their Kingston branch. One staff member took photos of the burn, told me “I have been burned but hopefully it will be minimal damage to my face” & gave me Avene Cicalfate cream to help the healing process.
The burn left a mark on my face, therefore; I have made a further complaint.
Premier Laser & Skin Clinic Trainer (Faustina Aidoo) emailed me & labelled my burn as “an adverse reaction” and instructed me to carry on with my treatment which will be delivered by the Kingston’s branch manager.
Unfortunately, after careful consideration I had to put my health and safety first. I lost my trust in this company & their staff!
I felt that there were major discrepancies and inconsistencies in the customer care & the ability of staff to perform treatments on me; therefore, I cancelled all my future appointments. I couldn’t believe how easily I put my trust in the Premier Laser & Skin Clinic’s staff when I’ve signed the contract thinking they are highly trained & will treat me to the best of their abilities and I didn’t realise that some of their staff members’ training and quality of work will let me down so badly.
Faustina Aidoo (the Company’s Trainer) offered me only £144 refund instead of £562.50.
She “copied and paste” parts of my signed contract & emailed me saying that the terms allowed her to refund me the Pay as You Go price instead. However, after I disagreed with her maths calculations she replied with a new figure of £225.
No money have been refunded presently so I’m inclined to believe that If your technician/therapist/ staff member at the PL&SC is well trained & bothered turning up for work you are the lucky one. BUT…
If you end up in the hands of poorly trained staff or one who can’t be bothered to provide the service you paid for I feel for you! I hope nobody else will end up scarred at own expense and left helpless or trying to get their money back. I would advise everyone not to pay upfront and complain straight away if something not done to the correct standard.
I strongly believe that the Premier Laser & Skin Clinic customer contracts are written in their company’s favour with no way for clients to held accountable poor technicians/ therapists or any other staff members doing botched jobs.
I felt that as soon as I paid the £950 upfront they couldn’t care less.
Four months have passed, I rang the Kingston branch about my refund to be told that ONLY THE COMPANY TRAINER can deal with me.
The Premier Laser & Skin Clinic Trainer (Faustina Aidoo) has told me that there’s no further person in the company I can escalate my complaint further.
Based on my experience I won’t recommend Premier Laser & Skin Clinic to anyone.
I will be returning here with updates.

After posting my review I was contacted by Shannon (manager of Premier Laser & Skin Clinic-Kingston branch)on 31/12/2021 at 1:25pm
After a 10 minute conversation about my review, my experience @ the PL&SC and my complaints I was informed that I will be fully refunded. I’m grateful for the intervention from Head Office and I’m satisfied with the resolution.

Absolutely outrageous experience with no empathy or care for customers. I was unable to carry out a pack of sessions worth £800 because I’ve been out of the country due to my mother’s illness. I requested a refund because I will also not be moving back to England and was ignored for 2 months! I called countless times to be told constantly that the manager was on holiday or out of the office. I finally received a copy paste email today saying they couldn’t refund me because it had been over 14 days since my purchase. It has also been more than 4 times that length since someone has updated me on the situation or answered an email. I obviously called and was told once again the manager was out of the office. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

I have been their client for over 12 years now and go to Clapham Common branch Their service is amazing, girls are always smiley and pleasant. I have tried a few of their services but mostly laser hair removal. Their laser hair removal equipment is of the latest technology and very effective. In lock down period I got even 1 session for free since they had to cancel my appointment due to Covid pandemic. I cannot recommend them more. Their management is absolutely amazing and I feel I have become a part of PLC family. Thank you Helena

Premier laser clinic, do not treat their customers fairly. I have been chasing for a refund since march as i had to leave the UK and relocate to the UAE for work, they have ignored me and refused to refund me for my 8 sessions of laser, even though i only managed to have 1 session in October when i signed up. They continue to take money from me but refuse to correspond or return my calls. I have sent them countless emails and calls since April when the UK lockdown emails and have been continuously been ignored for months, i finally received an abrupt email today 4 months after my first contact with them. With no curtesy, I stand by my review i am disgusted with how i have been treated by this company.

Purely from a customer service side i would never recommend them, if your circumstances change they will ignore you and take your money.

Finished a course of bikini all together 9 sessions results are really bad, you can see that some areas were not treated at all. The whole experience pretty sketchy, each time you get a different technician and each session last between 1 min - 1min 30 sec. There is no way that they can treat properly 2 areas within that time, raised the issues on a number of different occasions after seeing absolutely no difference in same places post session 5. Nothing changed. Instead after 9th session I have been advised to buy additional sessions. Don’t waste you money not worth it.

Lockdown finished on April 12th. Did not receive a single call to reschedule my laser appointments that I have paid for in advance. Their landline is closed, and they do not respond. Absolutely inconvenient.

Always have such a great experience at Premier I must have sent about 20 friends there lol. Laser Hair Removal honestly changed my life for the better and it's so reasonably priced and accessible at Premier. Couldn't recommend more tbh.

AVOID. I’ve been trying to book an appointment for my spectra peel which I have paid for possibly 4-5 years ago and each time I’ve been in touch with the call centre they tell me someone will call back to arrange an appointment and no one ever has. I recently received an email stating that they had some offers and to call the call centre again to book hoping to get my spectra peel since were coming out of lockdown and again I’ve had nothing. This clinic has gone down hill massively. Once I get my spectra peel done I won’t be returning again.

Great place for hair laser and skin care friendly atmosphere and wonderful staff I have very good experience with premier Laser Clinic I recommend the place to my friends and family.

From the receptionist, to the laser ladies I've been made to feel at ease.
I have been enjoying my treatments of laser hair removal at the Kingston branch - which is the closest branch to me.
All the ladies giving the treatment have been lovely, I have never been made to feel awkward or uncomfortable even though I am a very private person, and don't feel comfortable showing my body.
The process of laser hair removal I have for my underarms I have found it to be a painless and quick process.
The lockdowns have unfortunately interrupted my appointments, so I'm sure it will have impacted this hair loss journey of mine!

Good price but the experience I have varies each time depending on which technician takes the appointment - which also changes every time I go.
