I recently visited a clinic for a minor treatment, The doctor Sonia and Noor her assistant were both amazing
Their friendly and helpful approach feel smooth and reassuring. I truly appreciate the level of care and professionalism they showed, and I would definitely recommend this clinic to others.

Doctor Salina was excellent, so friendly and explained everything very thoroughly and the appointments were so quick and painless, I will be back!

I had treatment at Sisu clinic in Richmond and unfortunately experienced issues afterwards, particularly with my Botox eye area, which has taken time to improve and is still not fully back to normal.

At my first follow-up, when I raised concerns about a droopy eye, I was told this can happen, however this had not been clearly explained to me beforehand. I returned again and was advised to ‘sit it out’ and that things would return to normal over time.

To date, my eye has still not fully recovered. Eye drops were suggested, but I had to pay for the prescription myself and they did not resolve the issue. I followed up again but received very limited guidance.

While I appreciate that a refund was eventually processed, the overall experience was disappointing. Communication was minimal and there was no real acknowledgement or reassurance regarding what had happened.

It’s important for others to be aware that if something doesn’t go to plan, the aftercare and support may not meet expectations.

Dr Edele gives good honest advice and is very pleasant and helpful. I am always confident of good results. Reception Staff are lovely.

Sisu is a fantastic clinic. Every member of staff is incredibly welcoming and makes you feel completely at ease from the moment you walk in. The atmosphere is relaxed and professional, which really helps build trust. I’ve been several times now and have never been disappointed with the results, consistently excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I visited Sisu Mayfair for a consultation . All staff were so friendly, Dr Pedram was so professional and explained everything to me , I felt so reassured that I decided to go for the treatment. I am so happy I did and I could not recommend the clinic and Dr Pedram more.

I've been coming to Sisu to see Dr Nila for almost a year, and I am so delighted with the service and expertise offered at the clinic. I've been getting preventative botox, and recently started masseter botox for teeth grinding with Dr Sonia. Sisu has made a huge difference to my confidence and also my health! I have also found Dr Sonia really cares about the aesthetic I prefer, for me I prefer a more natural look and like a bit of movement and that is always achieved in the clinic. The front of house team are always so lovely as well

Second time visit to Sisu in Belfast
I must say I was a wee bit nervous as it feels strange for a male

From the moment I walked in to the moment I left I felt very happy

Dr Adele is amazing honestly guys it is like she is treating a close friend her advice is brilliant and she listens and helps you

Anyone nervous about going please don’t be you enter reception and the lady is so friendly then you go through to a private area so people walking past the clinic can’t see you

Waiting area and clinical room is spotless

The price was around £150 cheaper than another local clinic

Another amazing thing is you get a free check up and top up after two weeks

Why would you risk going elsewhere as Sisu is dr lead

Extremely informative and explained the pros and cons of various different treatments that I was curious about, giving a great overview within the limited time of the consultation. Also tailored recommendations around my concerns. Really loved that he didn’t push or present any quick fixes. Highly recommend. Thank you!

I visited Sisu for the first time today and what genuinely positive experience it was. Since my Botox lady has gone on maternity leave I felt nervous about going to another clinic but at every step I was assured. The receptionists were really welcoming, and even though I was running late they quickly got me into my appointment. What a joy Dr Sonia is! She was super friendly and made me feel at ease straight away. She took her time to asking questions and nothing felt pressured or rushed. She gave me guidance at every step and made sure I felt comfortable and aware of what was going on. Her knowledge was exceptional and she gave me plenty of tips and aftercare tricks. Highly recommend her and Sisu clinic.

I use the Dublin st Anne street and the staff are amazing. Easy system to reschedule and good prices. I wouldn’t go a where else.

Amazing experience with Sisu! This was my first time getting Botox and everything was explained perfectly to me and I was instantly at ease. It was a painless and great experience. I cannot wait to come back. I couldn’t recommend Sisu Belfast anymore

I had the polynucleotides under eye treatment with Dr Sonia. She was absolutely brilliant. Took so much time to explain everything to me and show me how the procedure is done, explained the down time and technique she used. I can already see the results. She was so kind and took her time.
