Great customer service and knowledgable staff

Premier is in a good locations arround London, but their prices are about 30% more then Ray Cohrane Beauty, Laser Life, Courthouse Clinics, DermaCure

I had a great experience. Fateya is so lovely and made me feel relaxed and really comfortable! She is very knowledgeable and didn't hesitate to answer my questions. 100% recommend Fulham Clinic and look forward to my next visit.

I was burnt by Premier Laser and the hyperpigmentation still has not gone after an extended period of time and the use of several treatments provided by doctors who also believe that the clinician was negligent.

On the 3rd session, I was burnt by the practitioner at the Liverpool at branch who said she would have to take the setting up because I’ve only got a few hair left and the current setting won’t work. I was in excruciating pain with every zap to the point where she took a few seconds breaks between each one on smaller areas such as the bikini area. She told me I am feeling pain this time because I must be stressed from work. After the session when I was dressing, I noticed the skin had gone purple. I called the practitioner to check and she said sometimes the blood rushes up but it should come down after a while.

I was in pain the entire day and the next day I had burn marks on every area that I was treated on.

The company took no liability and refused to give me my refund until I signed a waiver form. I have evidence of this and so should the company. After a going back and forth and speaking to several different people from the company, I got my refund half a year later.

The worst part of the process is that I have life-long pigmentation on two areas of my body. I had laser with DestinationSkin before Premier Laser and had a fantastic experience with them. I decided to give Premier Laser ago because of the cheaper packages they offered at the time. There’s a massive difference in the way DestinationSkin check up on clients and take precautions. I would never recommend Premier Laser to anyone. Their negligence has left me with lifelong hyperpigmentation and insecurity about my blatant uneven skin tone.

I find it shocking that they have replied to this review saying that they can’t find my details on their system. I am assuming that a company keeps a log of all the people they send waivers to. I have also decided not to respond to them because we have already had several emails sent back and forth prior to me receiving my refund. I am happy to send a copy of the waiver, images of my burns and forward emails to trustpilot to confirm my review but do not wish to have any contact with premier laser after my experience with them.

Fateya was amazing explaining the Hydrafacial step by step and allowed me to ask questions. My skin looks clean, fresh and radiant. I’m going back next month and I highly recommend requesting for her.

Wonderful experience at the Premier Laser Clinic in Clapham. Reception staff always make me feel welcomed and I am particularly happy with the service and attention I receive from Nina (one of the therapists). She is always with a smile on her face and is very knowledgeable about different treatments and never fails on professionalism.
Totally recommend this clinic.

I cannot recommend Nina enough. She carefully listens to my requests and mostly she remembers session after session and she actions them! Therapists like Nina are hard to find and Premier Laser is very lucky to have such asset. Totally recommend her. Go to Premier Laser Clinic and ask for her. One advice, book her quickly as she’s in demand!

First time I had a hydrafacial, I went at the Premier laser clinic in Fulham. Great treatment, my therapist was Fateya, really friendly and professional. I've been welcoming at the reception and before and during the treatment Fateya explained to me the process of the treatment and the aftercare. I really recommend this clinic. Very satisfied.

They misled me at the beginning, promising to remove age spots with lazer treatment. They took my money upfront and never delivered the service. My age spots are exactly the same. Waste of effort, time, and money... and many weeks of being sore and suffering for nothing.

DON’T COME HERE. They only care about your MONEY. Staff are VERY RUDE and don’t care about you at all. I did a laser hair removal with 8 sessions for my face, I didn’t see any results throughout the whole treatment. They kept encouraging me to pay for a new package when I don’t see any difference on my face. The prices for these laser treatments are EXPENSIVE. There is no point in paying for a new package WHEN I DON’T SEE A DIFFERENCE. They didn’t take me very seriously in the beginning. I feel like they were DISCRIMINATING me as to how I see other clients being treated. The practitioners always give me a dirty look and never engage in any conversations with me. Nobody really bothered to take care of my situation, they just wanted to finish the laser treatment quickly. I paid £504 for this experience? If I could rate less, I really would. Absolutely HORRENDOUS and DISGUSTING customer service. No customer should ever have to go through this experience. I DON’T RECOMMEND anyone to go here.

Stuff is very rude. Every time I went they humiliated me if I had not shaved the way they wanted. They don’t cover the moles and don’t inform you they need to be covered. During one of the covid waves, one of the stuff was not wearing the mask while I was in the room
