Can’t seem to return my items at all

Didn't realise it had no charging cable and the packaging had no fragile warnings on so the courier dropped it through the letterbox. Lucky it wasn't damaged as I have hard flooring. However the phone is excellent, the price was great and the customer service superb. Thank you very much. Peter

I think it is not on when you received you knew phone and it don't work propeley you have to return it so that thay can repair it not very happy with that

Ok.....I know this isn’t a review but I don’t know how to ask a question so I’m just gonna do it from here, Dose it come in the original box for Apple in pristine condition?

The phone came on time and the software was already set up which was a nice touch. My only problem was that I expected it to come in a better state as I payed extra to order it in excellent condition. When it arrived, there were a few small scratchs and dents at the sides which were quite dissapointing to find. I would've expected better for the price I payed.

Excellent service quick delivery pleased all round

Whilst the product was in the condition as advertised free delivery over orders of £100 should have been applied. As I visited the product page directly from a search and did not enter the site through the front page where the free delivery offer was placed I was not aware of it initially. The site still allowed me to pay for delivery and despite emailing them aftwerwards for a refund of this charge I have received no reply or offer of refund.
