I returned my mobile phone for a refund, which I have never received, the phone was supposed to be unlocked it wasn’t,I sent the phone back registered post, according to the London Magic Store the phone was allegedly not in the Jiffy bag, now I know why they are called London Magic Store they make your mobile phone disappear when it’s returned to them and then your money.
Please, please, please DONT USE THIS COMPANY.

I had a very pleasant experience whilst having difficulty making a purchase online as I was having some trouble with my bank, anyway a few phone calls later and I had made my purchase. The staff on the telephone were very helpful, friendly and easy to speak to regarding my problems. The next day delivery meant that the phone I had purchased had arrived at my door in under 24 hours, making myself and one of my friends that I made the purchase for, very pleased and very happy. To the current day the mobile model I purchased is doing well, as was a good value at the price I paid, I would recommend this company to my family and friends as well as work colleagues, thank you very much I will definitely be making another purchase.

Terrrible company to buy from
Terrrible company to buy from. Blatantly lied to me 4 times on the phone. Item was late (because they never sent it) and then tried to blame it on DPD.
Paid for express delivery and item was still outside of the agree timescale.
Said the item was genuine but sent with third party accessories.

Overall very good.
Overall very good. I bought a second-hand mobile phone for £25 from them. Fast delivery,and the phone was in great condition. However it didn't come with a charging cable. Also the package was only lightly wrapped and my postman just shoved it through the letter-box where it bounced on the floor (I heard it from the next room). It is only luck that it wasn't damaged.
