Had a great experience with John Raul.
Had my bag stolen with all my details and keys and within 25 min was available to change our locks and make us feel safe! John was fast and provided us with a great service.

The only downside is regarding the company which had quoted me £90-120 for the service and lock (too good to be true having had to change locks before) and price was much different at the end (and more aligned with our expectation)

Although the gentleman who came out was lovely and the service provided was quick (around 15 minutes work in total to remove and replace one front door lock) the initial quote given over the phone was £75 without parts so was expecting to pay around £200 however this built up to a final bill of £403 with card payment or £335 cash to remove the old lock and replace with a new lock. After checking online this is way above average pricing for this job but in situations like this you panic and don’t check reviews so would advise anyone in this position to check reviews before you call as this seems to be a common theme in their previous reviews.

John Raul was so helpful. He was originally going to have to drill my lock, as that’s what was required, but John understood that I didn’t have much money. Out of kindness, he offered to try opening the door instead—and he succeeded. I couldn’t be more grateful for what he did! Thank you, John!!!

John Raul came and fixed my lock in under 30 minutes, was very fast, explained every step of the way what was happening and what the price mark up would be. Friendly and gave really good advice, just excellent in an emergency, would reccomend!

Be careful! Have been charged £303 for 5 minutes job, when over the phone have been informed it would cost max £195, which already felt high. Call out fee was £75, new basic lock £129, plus £49 additional labour and VAT on top. Don’t get fouled by pricing on the web.

Arrived within 30 minutes and fixed the door within 5 very quick

I was quoted £79 over the phone, which I agreed to. When the technician arrived, he claimed that the door could not be opened without causing damage and that the lock would need to be replaced. He then stated that the total cost would be £483.

I refused to proceed, as this was completely unreasonable and very different from the original quote. Despite no work being carried out, I was told I still had to pay £90 plus 20% VAT, totalling £108.

Charging £108 for no service is unacceptable, particularly when the company’s website claims there are no hidden charges. This experience felt misleading and unprofessional. I would not recommend this service.

The whole service was really great and fast. The locksmith arrived in around 20 mins. He was really friendly and solved our problem with the lock quickly as well. It's amazing that this service is 24/7.
