Unfortunately, my experience with the company’s customer service fell short of expectations.

I was initially quoted from £75 for entry, but once the technician arrived, I was told it would be £139 to drill the lock and then a further £85 for a replacement lock, bringing the total to £268. I completely understand that the final cost can vary depending on the type of lock, but this wasn’t explained clearly beforehand, so the increase came as an unexpected surprise.

What disappointed me most was the communication from the office. When I expressed that the price seemed quite steep, there was no acknowledgement of my concern or any explanation beyond “it depends on what lock it is.” I then asked if I could simply pay for the entry and arrange for another locksmith to replace the lock, but I was told to “deal with the technician” despite the technician himself advising me to contact the office. As a customer, I felt I was being passed between the office and the technician instead of someone taking ownership of my query.

I do want to make it clear that this is not a reflection on the technician. He was polite, professional, tidy, and completed the work to a high standard. My review is directed solely at the company’s communication and lack of transparency around pricing. A little more empathy and clearer explanations would have made a stressful situation much easier.

John the engineer was brilliant, clear in explaining what was wrong with the lock. And options to remediate it. Worked quietly and professionally. Really impressed.

The guy was friendly and arrived quick but it cost me £300 he did explain what he needed to do and of course I didn’t have a standard lock and so this was £129 not £75, but that’s ok then it was £40 labour I thought the £129 was part of the labour as all he did was drill a hole through my lock and it came off, anyway I had to get a new lock and the whole thing cost me £300. I was gutted as it only took 10minutes and the vat didn’t help either. They were good and efficient but the cost was extreme but I guess they can exploit the fact that your desperate to get in your house

Had a locksmith booked regarding a rental property in North London after the tenant problems with the lock.
The issue was dealt with quickly and I was kept updated throughout the process.
I wasn’t able to pay in person, so a payment link was sent over which made everything very convenient. Smooth experience all around.

Gigi was at my property within 30 mins of me calling. After looking at my door he thought it would be a tough entry having to damage the lock. As I wasn’t happy with damaging the lock he tried another method which didn’t involve damaging the lock and within a few attempts he had prized the door open! I was over the moon and would highly recommend Gigi if you’re ever in need of a locksmith

I needed my locks replaced after I lost my keys. The whole process was straightforward and done on the same day.

dishonest scammers, avoid at all costs. They quote £90-120 on the phone inclusive of labour and call out fee. They arrived and told me it required a high security lock, £200+, and labour chagre (because the high secuirty lock 'takes longer' - he was there 20 mins max). Did not tell me the total cost and whacked on VAT (not previously mentioned that was additional). Ended up being £340, and locksmith became hostile when I queried this. Avoid like the plague

A £75 quote suddenly became a drilled lock which had to be replaced, and a bill presented of over £1000, which was required to be paid then and there. Even if the lock actually did need drilling, a legitimate outfit should have charged no more than £300 for a temporary lock. And not taken away the whole system so it was difficult to replace.

Brilliant service from John at the weekend. A very vulnerable neighbour needed some help and his kind and patient approach was really very much appreciated. He also did a great job so he's my new goto locksmith!

John was very efficient and kind with our situation, especially as he had to come out late at night to fix our kitchen door!

Told the locksmith that the key didn't work in the lock, despite previously working a few days before. Was told it was a £70 job to come out and let me in. Turned up 20 mins after the 30 minute callout time, tried the key in the lock and confirmed it didn't work. Then told me I would need to replace the entire lock, at a cost of over £200. I told him I couldn't do that as it was a shared building and I couldn't contact anyone else but he insisted that was the only way. Was then forced to pay the £70 service charge, which came to £90 as they failed to mention it didn't include VAT. All of this could have been determined over a phone call, but instead I was charged £90 for zero work. Absolute scam merchants

John Raul attended within 30 minutes . He was very polite and friendly managed to repair my non closing window without the need for parts or extra work and charged as quoted. Will definitely. use again.
