Ordered samples which arrived promptly and then received a follow up call asking how we liked them. One of the tiles had a slight chip and was replaced immediately. Beautiful tiles and we will be goin... Mehr ansehen
Absolute disaster
I purchased a bath from here and it was seven months late. Firstly, I received no confirmation email upon purchase, and from that point on I had to continuously email the company for updates for the next seven months until my bath was eventually delivered.
Even when the delivery was confirmed, (they repeatedly told me the warehouse would be in touch to arrange delivery and they never were) the bath didn't arrive.
It has finally arrived now, and I had to bring it in the house myself as the driver left it at the front house telling me usually two men were there to receive it (I am a small woman- would have been great if the team had prepared me that there would be no delivery support to get it in the house). it has arrived without the bath waste, which I ordered.
I asked multiples times for a discount due to the horrific service and was ignored each time. Truly the worst experience I have had with such an expensive order. Never again.

Im really disappointed to hear about your experience with us and Im sorry weve fallen short this time.
Regarding the lack of emails and information, I have spoken to the warehouse team and to the customer service manager and they both sent emails to you regarding the shipment. However it seems that they didnt get through to you, maybe they went in to a spam folder?
We do advise on our website that the delivery drivers are contractors, that work for Palletways. We also state that its a kurbside delivery.
I will email you to talk about the problems, and discuss compensation - however I will leave my email address here as you dont seem to get emails from us....

I paid for and ordered tiles on 10/02/21 it is now 06/04/21. I called asking for a delivery date a few weeks after I ordered and was told it would be six weeks for them to be manufactured. I was a littled annoyed as there was no indication of how long a lead time there was. I then phoned when the 6 weeks was up to be told I have a 10 - 14 day wait to be delivered. I was not told originally. You can't get of anyone on the phone and emails are not responded to. I am now concerned after paying £600 the company is not real.

Thanks for your review Maria, Im very sorry that you had a problem with the speed your tiles arrived. On the 'delivery' section of the website it does clearly say that the tiles you choose would be 6 weeks, there is also a pop up message that states the delivery time. However your tiles were delayed a further 10 days due to customs checks. Please acceapt our apology for that.
Following your order, we have increased the leadtime to 8 weeks on bespoke tiles and put in a new system in place to keep customers updated on their order progression and tracking on the pallets once they have left our factory.

Gorgeous tiles, amazing service
I had been looking for some tiles I saw on Pinterest for MONTHS. I came across London Encaustic and Steve was so helpful and found the design I was looking for in their catalogue! Fantastic service from start to finish - he is such a pleasure to work with. Would recommend London Encaustic to anyone.
