A massive thank you to James and LD for the most beautiful ring. It is absolutely stunning - and so shiny that I now don’t need my phone torch anymore for the dark :) Both myself and my partner are over the moon with it. Even the packaging was just lovely.

You can tell how much thought and effort goes in to every step of the process with LD. The help, advice and humour along the way has been brilliant, the service just faultless, and LD’s ethos and values shine through every communication.

I’ve been dealing with London Diamonds Official since 2023 when I first ordered my
Engagement ring from them. The service is 5* and the communications is 5* too. I’ve had the ring resized twice free of charge. I could not fault them, James has been a credit all throughout the experience.

I sent my wedding band for a stone replacement and cleaning 7 days ago via post. I received it today and omg it looks literally brand new. I regret not sending my engagement ring as well for cleaning ! I can’t wait to get that cleaned as well by LD. Both rings were purchased from them and it’s been 10/10 service since then at no extra cost! 😍 it’s been about 3years now!

London Diamonds is a remarkable company. They made my fiancés engagement ring last year and the service was unbelievably good. The ring and diamond were beautiful in every sense and it was a pleasure to deal with the company. They even refurbished my fiancés late mother’s wedding ring in preparation for our nuptials with no charge. I cannot recommend them highly enough and it’s a great shame that more companies do not lead by their example.
