I booked a wheelchair after unfortunately breaking my foot. We were visiting London for the weekend and booked the chair through this company.
We spoke to an advisor on the telephone who answered all our questions and then we went ahead and booked online.
We decided to collect the chair from the warehouse as it was on our way to our hotel. The traffic on M4 was ridiculous and we thought we wouldn’t make it in time before they closed. We called them and they stayed open for us to collect.
The wheelchair itself was lightweight, easy to manoeuvre and portable.
I hope I won’t need one again but if I do or anybody else do I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Unfortunately would not use them again as the delivery experience was appalling. Wheelchair required over the Christmas period and book 2 hour morning slot - in both cases had to chase customer services to understand where the drivers were. There are other companies that offer the same service with better delivery - we will be going elsewhere next time.

At the last minute my mom fell and injured herself. We thought we would have to cancel our long planned and special trip to London.

Thankfully we found that wheelchairs can be hired easily. One call and everything was arranged by Sharnie who was so helpful. Thanks :)

After a long journey the wheelchair was waiting for us at the hotel.
Definitely recommend this company.

Efficient service but poor delivery and horrible customer service. Delivery guy left the wheelchair outside our door without ringing the bell even though we were in, anybody could"ve taken it. And when I called to let them know this had hapoened the lady was rude and actually said "do you want us to take the wheelchair back then since you don't want to deal with us" in anger. Imagine saying that to a disabled person. I said not to call back. Yet then she got the delivery guy to call me to yell at me for complaining!!

Such an excellent service. Wheelchair delivered 1 hour after ordering. Highly recommended.

An excellent service. However, we ordered delivery at a specific time but the scooter was delivered before we arrived at the hotel. This was fine but paying extra for the service seemed a bit pointless

Wow! We needed a wheelchair urgently and they delivered it with 2 hours. It saved our day as the London sightseeing was too much for Mom. Although she can walk, it was the distance she couldn't cope with. We called this company and they were so helpful. The wheelchair was new and modern, so easy to use and most important, it was comfortable. Thank you so much! we will tell all our friends.

This company was unbelievably helpful and efficient. They gave me excellent personalised advice on the telephone and delivered the wheelchair next day, within a short window. They even rang up to let me know when they were 15 minutes away. They extended the rental period when necessary, and collection was hassle-free as well. I can't recommend them too highly and will definitely go back if I need help again.
