Ordered a costume on 10/14. With no update by 10/21 I sent an email to cancel, knowing my order wasn’t going to be making it in time. I hadn’t heard back in 48 hours so I sent an urgent email per their instructions. It’s now been 5 business days since my initial support email and 3 business days since the urgent email and I have received no response. All their photos are AI anyway so I disputed the charge with my credit card company. I think the whole website is a scam.

Never shipped my order. Took my money and still “processing” wont respond to emails or anything. NEVER USE THEM

Order placed on 10/16 for Halloween. Paid for express shipping and it was to arrive on 10/24. It is 10/27 and I have had no response from Customer Service and the phone number is off/goes straight to voicemail. Total rip off.

Lolli and Lace is a scam. Ordered a costume that said it would ship in 5-7 business days. Once the order was place then it said processing was 5-7 business days for processing then 5-7 business days for shipping. Even then that was not true, all timelines were missed. There is no phone number to contact anyone, only email. Then in email you do not get a response it is an automated response. Still no costume and money gone, I am now working with my financial institution to dispute the charge.

If I could say it was a zero Stars I would. I ordered this they said it would be here by October 24th it still says processing and I have yet to receive it. I tried contacting them they don't have a phone number and the phone number that I did find go straight to voicemail. Do not buy from these people I'm trying to cancel the order cuz I did get charged for this costume

I placed an order with Lolli & Lace and attempted to contact customer support regarding a shipping address correction. The listed phone number did not work, and my emails have gone unanswered.
Given my background in digital forensics and OSINT, I researched the company further and discovered numerous publicly available complaints and YouTube videos from customers reporting similar experiences, including unfulfilled orders and unanswered inquiries.
I've documented my experience, preserved relevant reviews, and identified additional publicly available contact channels. I've also attempted to contact individuals associated with the business to raise these concerns.
While I cannot independently verify every customer's allegations or determine the company's intentions, the pattern of reported complaints is concerning.
I strongly encourage prospective customers to research recent reviews before purchasing. I will update this review if my order issue is resolved or the company provides a response.

I have asked to Return the dress because my 5 year old couldn't even fit her head thru to try on the dress. The dress also didn't looked as shown on thr picture. Contacted customer service on October 14th and it's October 26th. Multiple email i have send and no response. Do not order from this website its a scam.

I placed an order on 10/5 for my daughter's Halloween costume. It has been 3 weeks and it is still just 'Processing'. Total scam. The costumes look cute online, but apparently might just never show up. I felt comfortable in my purchase because it said the company was based in California. Clearly, that was a lie and they are a Chinese company. I reached out to them twice over email and received no response. I will be requesting a charge back through my credit card company.

I order my daughters' costumes and paid $100 in early October and have received zero shipping updates or responses to my 3 customer service inquiries. Their website states that Halloween costume returns have to be received by mid-October so now I am going to be out all that money with no costumes to show for it. I placed my first order with Lolli & Lace on October 14, with an advertised shipping timeframe of 5–7 business days. After seven business days passed without receiving a shipping confirmation, I became concerned that my daughter’s costume wouldn’t arrive in time for an upcoming Halloween event.

To be safe, I placed a second order on October 23, this time selecting the express shipping option, which explicitly stated “Arrives by October 26.” Today is October 26, and I still haven’t received a shipping confirmation for either order, let alone the costumes themselves.

I’ve also reached out to customer service multiple times without a response. To be fair, my first email was sent Friday, October 23, and I followed up again this morning, so I recognize they haven’t had much time to respond, particularly over the weekend.

What concerns me most is that the company continues to advertise specific shipping and delivery timelines that it apparently cannot meet. I placed a second order with express shipping specifically because I was relying on the promised October 26 delivery date.

At this point, I have two outstanding orders, no shipping confirmations, no communication from the company, and an event tomorrow that I ordered these costumes for.

I understand that shipping delays happen, especially around Halloween, but customers should be able to trust the delivery dates advertised at checkout. If a company cannot fulfill orders within those timeframes, it should not continue promising them.

Fully scammed it seems. Ordered weeks ago (they claim 5-7 days shipping), zero response from customer service.

I placed an order for my daughter's halloween costume on October 5 and today, October 26, it still has not been processed. They say processing takes 5 business days. They answered my multiple messages ONCE saying that my order is still processing, and then never again. Obviously a 5 year old will have their little heart set on something in particular, so to be scrambling at the last minute is stressful. I won't be trusting Lolli and Lace again.

I ordered my daughters Halloween costume on 10/9. The website looked a little concerning due to all the ai imagery but they seemed to have good reviews on thier site (looking back they are most likely fake)
and I couldn’t find bad reviews after a google search, so I figured I would take the chance.

Then the processing window time goes by and no shipping and I decided to email. And from there it it just gets worst. I emailed a few times, I got a couple auto replies nothing and no tracking.

I decided to look a little deeper into the company and the Website has only been up 6 months. Thier instagram looks like it has a lot of history but it just spammed thier account with posts in a short period of time. Everything is Ai and now, when I googled trust pilot had 10 reviews all the same as mine.

And today there are 24 reviews, so I sure many more people are also going through this.

I feel like I should have known better, this is obviously a scam site. If they send anything it will be terrible and late.

Don’t order for this place. And for future me if there is no history of a store good or bad, it’s probably not real. It a scam site trying to get a buck.

It’s a sin that you have to be so diligent when just buying a costume for Halloween. Especially, when someone like myself who wants to shop small. But it’s harder to vet small shops on the web then to get what you need from Amazon or target -etc. and that really is terrible. I will continue to shop small businesses when I can but it means I’ll have to be smarter.

Website promised a delivery date of Oct 25th. Placed the order 5 days ago, hasn’t even been shipped. They clearly post dates to get your order and money with zero intention of fulfilling orders on time.

I placed an order two weeks ago for a Halloween costume. It gave me an order number and still says that it hasn’t shipped. No customer service available no one to give a refund. My child is very upset. And looks like I’m out of pocket with no option for refund. wish I read the review reviews before ordering.

They never sent my item. Never responded to customer emails - even labeled as urgent. I ordered my child's costume a month early, it never even shipped. The website listed this same costume as available and to your home within seven days. This is a scam & I highly suggest you never place an order. $60 was stolen from me with no refund.

I purchased the Rumi Demon Hunters Deluxe Pop Star Costume for my daughter for $64.99, and the entire experience has been incredibly disappointing.

The costume we received was cheaply made and fell far short of the quality portrayed in the product photos. While I understand that promotional images are often enhanced, I do expect the actual product to match its written description. The website specifically advertised a “black sparkling sequin jacket,” yet the jacket we received was dull and had absolutely no sequins. This isn’t a minor difference in appearance, but a product that does not match what was advertised.

Unfortunately, the poor quality wasn’t limited to the jacket. The rest of the costume also felt cheaply made, making the $64.99 price tag even harder to justify.

What makes this experience particularly frustrating is the complete lack of customer service. I initially contacted the company eight days ago to express my concerns and followed up again three days ago. To date, I have received no proposed resolution.

I gave the company an opportunity to address the issue before sharing my experience publicly, but their lack of communication has been just as disappointing as the product itself.

I would not recommend purchasing from Lolli & Lace based on my experience. Buyers should be cautious about relying on the product images and descriptions, particularly given the price point and the lack of support when something goes wrong.

Similar to other reviewers here, I placed an order (10/9) with expected 5-7 day shipping. On day 8 I reached out bc I never received tracking for my order or any kind of status update. I got a very quick response that said they haven't processed it yet and I asked how long processing would take since it had already been 8 days.

No response to that email. I sent a follow-up 3 days later, and then another follow-up 2 days after that. Nothing. I sent a final email 13 days after I had placed my order asking for a response and a resolution within 48 hours, as that is what their website & their auto email says their response time is. Still nothing. Their email also says they process within 5 days due to the halloween rush.....15 days later and my order was still not processed. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
