Logoed appears to be a very poorly run company. They have taken my money and delivered absolutely nothing. Despite repeatedly requesting a refund over 2 months as a result of non delivery of my order, they have simply ignored all requests and not even attempted to fill the order. If you try and call them, the phone just rings out repeatedly. If you send an email, you never receive a response. They advertise as working with companies like BHP and Australia Post on their website, but I cannot believe for a second that these companies would trust this company with their uniform requirements. I cannot recommend Logoed lowly enough. One star is way too much for them.

They don’t answer the phone and won’t refund even though delivery has not been dispatched weeks after the order. Chat response gets nowhere either.

Scam is the only word you basically need to know.

Do not trust the reviews on the Logoed website or any of their good reviews. I was a fool for not doing my research beforehand, and I was blinded by the stress of needing shirts made ASAP for an event. I sent my design, and Logoed sent me a mock-up and quote. I paid the quote, and within 24 hours I got a message saying, “Our graphics team reviewed your design. It is not optimal for production.” HUH?

My event was cancelled last minute, and I no longer needed the shirts. According to Logoed’s policy, I could have a refund because my design was not accepted and production has not begun. I contacted customer support to ask for a refund. Logoed Customer Support tells me, “I should keep my order rather than cancelling in case the shirts can be used for future events.” What in the red flag? I continue to state I would like a refund, and Logoed Customer Support replies with, “Your refund request has been forwarded to our management team for review. We will get back to you as soon as possible.” Giant red flag! I was not supported at all. I paid for my order on 26/06/2026, and I still have no reply. I asked for updates weekly for a month, and I received the same reply about “their management team.” I tried to trace my E-Ticket with Logoed customer support, and it has an Error 404 page. I contacted my bank and filed a dispute because I had a feeling I was not getting a refund. Shout out to St. George Bank for sorting it out.

If you want to support a local Australian business, make sure you’re talking to a real shop with real products and most definitely support independent artists! Shout out to The T-Shirt Co for being a MVP and making my other shirt order for a different event. They are a great company with a supportive customer support team in Queensland, Australia.

Don’t support Logoed; don’t even think about Logoded. They will get you with their fake reviews and fake partnerships and take your money. I hope you never have to experience what I did.

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT ORDER THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM . ORDERED SENT ME MULTIPLE LINKS , CHANGED MY LOGO TOO EXTRA MONEY , ONLY FOR THEM TO NOT REPLY ANYMORE VIA CHAT AND BOTH NUMBERS NOW DISCONNECTED. WILL BE GOING POLICE TODAY TO TRACE THIS COMPANY WHERE ABOUTS SO THE FRAUD DOES NOT HAPPEN TO ANOTHER PERSON

Made an order for our company clothing. It took nearly 3 months to receive only part of the order as apparently they didn't have the stock to complete it. Tried calling to see what was happening about 50 times, with no answer. 2 months later the remainder of my order arrived.

I can’t emphasise this enough. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. The worst company I have ordered from EVER. Two months and still no order.

I ordered from this company on the 25th of July. I have tried to follow up with them on phone and email with no response. They do not return emails, and they do not answer their phone. This seems to be a scam company. I have lodged a charged back with Visa.
Bradalson Group Pty Ltd is the company that the charge back has been raised against. Indian office.

Extreme delay on order and what appears to be deliberate stalling tactics when requesting a refund due to delays. Paid and ordered 11 days ago and order hasn't progressed. Minimal customer support and at this stage stalling on refund request. Have also lodged complaint via pay pal to try and recoup payment. Don't use this company

I made an order for custom jumpers over a month ago. Their website says a 7 day dispatch turn around. They had delays from their end due to their stock issues. After numerous emails, attempting to call the company and live chats, the best communication i receive is my stock is in production and to wait longer and they can't guarantee i will even receive my items before the event. They have ignored my request for a refund so i can locate jumpers from another provider. Very poor customer service. Will not recommend.

Do not order from this company. No address, phone number does not work, product never arrives.

Ordered 5 t shirts, paid for express delivery. Agreed that they can deliver. 4 days passed the agreed delivery date we requested refund as the t shirts hadn't arrived and we were travelling overseas. Their response "we're still working on it"...

Easy to deal with Great quality prints on a quality shirt that fits and feels great. Highly recommend

Would not shop there like everyone else is saying won’t answer their phone/website. It says 1 to 2 weeks for delivery. I’ve been waiting six. No one can tell me anything as they won’t answer their phones as I said absolute rubbish.
They take your money quick promise the world with no product.
Try and talk to a computer to answer questions, they only tell you what you want to here, rubbish.

Most unprofessional business I’ve ever dealt with. Was promised a refund 3 times and still waiting. Scam stay clear

Should have read the reviews first. No GMB so this is the only place to review. As per other reviews the phone number doesn't work. My order has been in production for 3 weeks. And is "nearly finished" Responses take ages and are generic. Would not order again

A disgusting company.
After 5 weeks, we still don't have our products, and they won't give us our refund.

Have placed order on june 10th and went for production on june 11th which supposed to be delivered by june 24th but contacted customer service and they are unable to tell when production will be completed or the delivery the products. Complete waste of my time as i need the t-shirt by 1st july since i am launching my new business. Now i have to find another supplier who can provide a bit better service.
