Haven’t received my order for more than a month. Not sure I am going to receive it or not. Going to consumer affairs now.

I'm so sad I didn't read more reviews of this company before I ordered. I will be going to my bank in the morning to get a refund. I haven't received shirts I ordered for an event this week. I ordered 6 weeks ago and have been told I would be contacted shortly every week for the last month.

they advertise quick delivery and turnaround, but are abselutely not, i am writing this review for order placed on 16/03/26 needed on 10 /04/26 i still have not yet recived it, dont fall for the advvertising, the service doesnt match up with it.

Incredibly poor customer service, timeframe is not 7 days it is more like 7 weeks. They constantly lie and use excuses for not having the items processed. I don't think they are a legit company at all.

They take a month to send it, when arrives it is through Aramex, where leaves my order in front of building outside gate. The package went gone, and they take no responsabilty to investage and refound, they say they have no control from aramex, a provider i would never use or choose...so if you order and dont arrive is at your own risk?!?! thats illegal on ACC!

Scammers from China be careful. Don't order!!!

Our order has taken over 23 days and none is responding to my emails.
there is no ETA, and the phone number on their website is fake and just rings out!

One of the more frustrating experiences with an online retailer. No phone line, despite advertising, the order is not following the production and despatch timeline shared and the online chat bot “service agent” is a waste of time. I would never, ever use this company or recommend. They do not deserve your business.

What a joke. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING!!!! not interested in getting any work done, just generic answers to questions. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I wish I had read reviews about this place before purchasing. The trend seems to be order, they send mock ups then production takes a ridiculous amount of time. Instead of 4 to 7 days like the website says, its approx 6 weeks. I am so glad that I ordered just a sample and will not order from them ever again. Quality of the embroidery is poor if its your own logo. Colours are not quite right, and doesnt look as clean.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Please avoid this company. They do not deliver!!! We waited 6 weeks and contacted them numerous times only to be ignored. We had to contact the bank for a refund. Dodgy as they come.

Definitely a SCAM.
Ordered in January, was supposed to be a couple of weeks until delivery. I email several times a week and consistently get the same message of I’ll receive an updated ticket soon, even after I told them to stop scamming me.

So waste it’s been 4 months already, not I have received my order or my refund of $1214.66
Themselves and their families needs to be cursed who took my hard earned money,

Don’t bother with Logoed. Scam. Got money back via bank dispute. Order and paid for items in January. It is now 20th march! Still waiting…..

Haven't even received my 1 sample jumper yet which i ordered before Christ. So slow and no idea what they're doing tbh. At this point I don't ever want to look at the website again let alone make an order. Never answer their phone and chat to humans who have no Fs given

Absolute scam. Was enticed to spend more for a very simple logo then express post. Received cery low quality t shirts with incorrect design three weeks later and could never discuss with a human. Still in legal battle with them. Do not use this service ever. Total s sm!

Check the review done by Bradalson pty Ltd….. it’s the same company!!! When you order thru this SCAM the transaction on your PayPal account shows “ Bradalson” and they are doing their own reviews lol….. how much more evidence of a SCAM is needed ??? ACCC should be knocking soon

Ordered my t-shirts and then waited 3 weeks and no response. Seems like this happened to others before.

Do Not Use.

Don't go near them! They seem cheap and easy but that's just to get you to place an order, once you do that you will get a proof quickly but saying they need more money to adjust your artwork. Then you won't hear from them again. Hopeless customer service, it all seems to be bots and automoated. Have asked for a full refund after a week of getting nowhere with our printing...
