I bought a Mira lock for a patio door
I bought a Mira lock for a patio door, I spent over 2 hours trying to get it to lock, eventually I concluded there was something not right , It cost me to send it back, and then they charged around £ 6 to put back into stock no answer re if the lock was faulty. Meantime I bought the same type mila lock from my local shop fitted it and fine , I brought this to there notice and requested my £ 6 be returned they said the lock was checked and was not faulty . I disagree . So they have the lock and I am about £ 9 down with return costs .

Very good overall.
Got exactly the right item I needed, and it was easy to find it on the website and confirm the detailed dimensions (something that not all other companies do). Price was OK. Shipping cost on the high side. Kept well-informed and no problems with delivery. V good overall.

Dear Paul,
Thank you for sharing your concerns with us. We take data security very seriously and would like to clarify a few important points to reassure you.
Firstly, we ensure that all security patches are kept up to date and follow strict compliance with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards). This includes regular vulnerability scans to identify and address potential risks proactively.
Secondly, we do not store any card details on our systems. All transactions are processed securely through Stripe using an iframe integration, which means your payment details are never handled directly on our site. This adds an additional layer of security to protect your information.
If you have received an alert from Malwarebytes or any other service regarding a potential breach, we encourage you to contact our customer support team directly. We can investigate further and work with you to ensure your concerns are addressed thoroughly.
Your trust is important to us, and we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of security.
Kind regards,
Team Lockstation

Great assistance over the phone to assist in selecting the right item and the only thing that has stopped this being a 5 star review is the fact that assembly pins were forgotten in what was a paid next day delivery and although they were then sent out this caused a little delay but these things happen.
