lock station are not 3 star security…
i was looking some 3 star security locks before i went on holiday this wed, i tried phoning them today, no one answers. i tried several emails to find the tracking number. they said on fri the locks have been sent, and they would send tracking number with dpd, only got 1 email back today after i asked them again. then radio silence. i know another company is sending me the locks. but they wont talk to me, only through lockstation.
im about to cancel my order im so frustrated. i also had to return a previous order (that took 2 .5 weeks to get), because i made a mistake with size because i got better bigger handles, royal mail said lockstation got my return parcel this morning. but no confirm of my refund.
they must be extremely busy. i just want my refund and the tracking number for my locks so i can delay postage, so someone does not steal the parcel from my front door while im on holiday.

Your locks were being dispatched directly from the supplier, and although we contacted them several times for the tracking information, we did not receive this as quickly as expected. The DPD tracking details were added to your order yesterday evening as soon as they became available.
We also sincerely apologise that you were unable to reach us by telephone. We have been experiencing an issue with our phone lines, which is currently being investigated.
Regarding your returned order, Royal Mail has confirmed delivery to us, and our returns team has been asked to process this for you. Please note that refunds can take up to seven working days from receipt to be completed.
We completely understand that you needed the tracking information before going on holiday so that you could make suitable delivery arrangements, and we are sorry that the delay caused you additional worry. We hope the updates now provided help to resolve the situation.
Failed to ship, don't answer phones, zero response
Placed an urgent order for next day delivery, on items showing as in stock. Two days later, it does not appear to have shipped, their phones are not being answered and their chat system is offline. A truly dreadful company to be trying to deal with - avoid.

Your order was dispatched on time; however, it was unfortunately delayed by the courier. We appreciate that the tracking information did not update as expected, which understandably made it appear that the order had not been sent.

Easy to use and quality good.
Easy to find what was wanted, service good with ability to have all locks matched to one set of keys, everything arrived and worked exactly as expected. Only minor downside was the price ratcheted itself up with services, tax, postage so headline price didn't reflect final price as closely as I expected on first viewing.

I ordered blank keys from the website which were useless.
I ordered blank keys from the illustration on the website. When they arrived, I found that the front of the key (as illustrated) matches my original but the back of the key (not illustrated) does not match. So the blanks purchased are useless. However, Lockstation were most helpful and provided a full refund.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re really sorry to hear the key blanks were not correct for you.
We completely understand your frustration, especially where the front of the key looked correct from the illustration but the rear profile did not match your original key. We’re sorry there were not more images shown on the listing to make this clearer.
Most of our customers who purchase blank keys are locksmiths, key cutting shops, or trade customers who usually identify the correct blank from the key profile name. That said, we absolutely appreciate that this can be confusing if you are matching visually from the photos alone.
Please do get in touch with us directly and we’ll be more than happy to help resolve this for you. We offer returns, so we can arrange for the blanks to be returned and either issue a refund or help you find the correct part.
We would really appreciate the opportunity to put this right, as this could have been resolved very quickly had we been contacted before the review was left.

Calls between 10am and 2pm only but I couldn't get through. Tried on two separate days with no luck. Chat wasn't accepting messages either.
Went ahead and bought some things on their site and all of them were out of stock. Why advertise items you don't have? Customer project is set back and so is my wallet.
Look closely at the reviews - the 5* all have some issue with this company. Please try elsewhere.
