Wearing these leggings is a huge confidence boost. Firstly they fit like a dream, before buying from Lucy Locket Loves, any leggings or shorts I bought either didn't stay up on the waist, was too baggy in the legs or even migrated north when wearing shorts which didn't help confidence always having to pick wedgies out. Wearing Lucy locket leggings is so comfortable and they fit so well that I'm still amazed. I haven't bought any other leggings in over a year now. Best thing I ever did.
Secondly the designs are so bright and happy and cheerful that it's a huge things putting on a pair and even better getting a new design. Designs are always changing from dinosaurs, Alice in wonderland, Chinese lucky cats to tartans, galaxy and stars and recently plain coloured ones.
You can buy full length, capri and shirts alongside matching croptops, technic tshirts long t-shirt dresses and hoodies.
They are always taking on feedback and bringing out designs to match this. Got my mam addicted so she also buys them for me. 😏

My daughter got me into wearing these and I absolutely love them. I use them for walking, snorkelling, swimming in the sea and paddling. They wash great and the designs are awesome, I love the dinosaur ones best

I am the proud owner of couple pairs of Active Leggings bought as presents. I’ve got to say they have been my lockdown and roller skating go to outfit.
Love the bright colours and the elasticity of the product. Washed several times and still like new.
Will definitely be extending my Lucy Locket wardrobe in the near future.

After having many pairs of activewear leggings from Lucy Locket Loves over the past two years, I decided to try their casual leggings for the first time. I also bought a couple of pairs to gift to my mum.
Both my mum and I love the leggings bold designs and find them perfect for lounging around in the house and for day-to-day wear.
I’ve always found the activewear leggings to be great quality even after constant wear and regular washing. I’m pleased that the casual leggings also live up to this high quality.
I placed my order in December amongst the Christmas rush and was pleasantly surprised with how quickly my order dispatched and arrived.
I’m one happy customer and will definitely be ordering more leggings in the future!

Just got myself a pair of red tartan active leggings and i am completely in love with them!
The fabric is so soft! And they are really flattering, im not the most confident person when it comes to jogging in public (get me back in the gym!!) but they give me such a lovely shape that i dont feel as self conscious.
I really like that my phone fits in the back pocket too, means i can take it with me when i go for a run.
I never normally write reviews but im genuinely so impressed- i would definitely recommend to anyone who need a little confidence boost!

I'm doing another review so people can see what's going on. I have ordered a couple of times, so let's just say this is for a separate order. LLL admin may say reviews are being removed because they've breached trustpilots terms, however, they need to be flagged up to TP in the first place. It is claimed that this is to verify they are true customers, but I think it's odd that it's only negative ones that are flagged to be verified. Sure I'm not the only one that agrees.
Multiple negative reviews have been flagged and you might see quite a few have been removed. Every single one is because the reviewer didn't respond to TP asking for verification. Probably because they wanted to stay anonymous so they didn't get dragged by the fans. I have order numbers, so if this gets flagged now I can prove I'm a customer. Note that no positive reviews have been flagged. Dropping my review to one star because I find this all a bit sneaky.
Haven't really been bothered to write a review because I didn't feel too strongly about the product, however, having seen the influx of positive reviews since the owner asked for reviews to be posted I thought I should.
Product - I only wear casuals, I'm not a fitness fanatic, however, I do like crazy legs given I wear hoodies all the time so crazy tees aren't seen. Patterns are OK. The older ones are a bit more my style, but I got a couple of Christmas pairs with one of the hundreds of offers we were spammed with. They fit fine. Wouldn't say they were anything overly special compared to other brands I have leggings from, but they are OK. The price is a bit much for me, wouldn't buy them full price.
Service - postage is quick enough, was free before Christmas over £15 so suit me. Packaging is fine too. With regards to the freebies in the parcel, they should either be in every order (like other companies I've bought from) or in none. I know they are just little cheap things, but I do see folk moaning about not getting one or gushing about them in the Facebook group. Putting them in at random runs the risk of a regular customer never getting one (unless it isn't actually random, who knows). Not had a direct problem with the customer service myself. Think it's a bit rubbish to have to pay to return something if it doesn't fit, not like we can go to a shop and try them on.
Community - this is where it gets a bit sticky for me. The Facebook group. I totally understand having a Facebook for your business (I used to have a small one man band business, I know it helps) but there has to be a line drawn. If the owner wishes to share a lot of personal information, then she should write a blog and share the link. Then those who want to get more personal can without everyone being subjected to it. Also, I can guarantee you there are a lot of people who don't want to hear those who work for the brand moaning about having to do their own jobs. It's your business/job, you get paid for it. These customers pay you. They buy your products, please just get on with packaging and posting them out. So manu people would kill to be in your position.
The admin of the group are heavy handed, which I don't disagree with depending on what content they allow and don't allow. Consideration needs to be taken as what they allow to be posted. There are 40k members in the group. People are posting pictures of their kids, their life stories, info about themselves that ANYONE can have access to. They have no idea who is in there. Admin will allow these types of posts, but will delete anything they deem negative towards the brand. This may be questioning sizing of new designs right up to asking about changes in quality. They say they want feedback about things because "the don't know if they aren't told" yet I'm not entirely sure how they can be told if they won't allow it to be said? They don't want bullying or negative comments unless it's coming from the fans towards those who dare to say something they don't agree with, in those circumstances it's fair game.
As a former business owner I know that in order to be a success you need to have a good product as well as a good brand. Mediocre or poor in either or both of these aspects won't work, and unfortunately in this case both are going downhill.

They are what the claim to be on the tin: mid-priced, brightly coloured active leggings in an inclusive size range. I’ve had a few pairs of leggings & shorts all purchased in 2020. They have all washed well not loosing their stretch, wearing thin at the thigh or riding up in the case if shorts. They have seen me through several half marathons and numerous 100km + months. I have several brands and my LLL do tend to be the pairs I reach for on long run day just because they are comfortable and the elastic waistband is thick (some other brands have a thin piece you can tighten- this can rub on long runs). I do suggest reading the size chart and getting the tape measure out though and ordering to your smallest measurement on the bottom half (be this hips or waist) rather than relying on a high street size guesstimate. This, in my experience, has helped to eliminate camel toe (it’s happened to us all at some point!).
Customer service has never been an issue for me. They get ordered, packed up and arrive promptly...!
Lots of the negative reviews appear to relate to the community Facebook group rather than the product so I’ll go here even though my review is principally about activewear leggings...I solved my issues with that (which I think were exacerbated in lockdown and no one really knowing what/how or where to pour their energy!) by a simple unfollow button and then logging in occasionally and engaging with posts relevant to me (mainly running/cycling/active/encouraging others as I had been supported in the past!). I’m pleased to report that to this day the amount I engage/don’t engage in the social media group has no bearing on the quality of my activewear but without the encouragement it offered my leggings may not have done the mileage and so I couldn’t write this review.

I discovered LLL at the end of September 2020. Found the actives to be really short in the body, so they went back. As an aside refunds take a while to be given; one time I sent returns to LLL and a competitor on the same day: the LLL refund took much longer than the other to be actioned.
Anyway, fast forward a few months and I’ve vowed not to buy from LLL again. Their marketing is all based on ‘fear of missing out’ and fake discounts.
Oh, and the products I did keep look awful after a couple of washes.
The Facebook Group initially felt really vibrant; but over time it was obvious how dysfunctional it was; due to the behaviour of Lucy.
I’ve since found a much better quality provider, who run a professional business that uses honest pricing and marketing.
LLL is overpriced, rebadged, generic product. Made in China... which isn’t apparent on the website.
High price and low quality.

I placed my first order for casuals and leggings which arrived quickly and nicely packed. Unfortunately one of the pairs of casual had a printing error but customer services offered me a resolution promptly and I was happy with that. I’ve just placed 2 more orders and will definitely recommend:)

Second review for another item. A pair of casual leggings I had (black cat) had an awful printing flaw and had stripes down the legs. I see that you say “We encourage people to contact Customer Services if they every have issues where we can investigate further.” It does not appear that flaws such as this are actually investigated. I returned one pair with the flaw and was sent another that was exactly the same. I have since seen other customers have posted their disappointment with this particular design having the same flaw on social media (not on the official page, that wouldn’t be allowed). I don’t need to get in touch with you as I already have, just wanted to share my experience that defects are not investigated and faulty items continue to be sent out.
Edit: LLL has requested more information to help them write a more useful reply and confirm my review is genuine. I assume this means my review has been flagged along with all the other negatives. As stated, I don’t require a response thank you. I will confirm my experience is genuine directly with trustpilot if necessary.

Have been buying from the website for the past year. Have loved everything I have gotten, especially your fab blankets. Everytime I have used customer service they have been fantastic and very quick to respond. I really like the special offers and the lovely wee freebies you get with your orders. Lovely company that thinks of its customers. Highly recommend.

I have bought 6 pairs in total. 2 loungewear and 4 active wear. Plus I’ve bought a top too. Loungewear (old design) was fab and the 3 pairs of (old design) active wear were lovely. The top was so soft, very good quality and washes up lovely.
This review is for the last pair I bought, they were in the sale and I thought I’d bagged myself a bargain! No problems with ordering or delivery. However, the quality of my new actives was really poor. I had ordered the same size and it felt tighter. The material is thinner, they are so short in the leg and the waistband has started to fray after a couple of washes. I ended up throwing them away. From reading previous reviews it seems that quality has become a problem. I hope this gets sorted, but for now - I won’t be buying anymore leggings.

I first found Lucy Locket Loves a year ago and I was so impressed. I was new to the world of funky leggings and I am now well and truely hooked - Unfortunately not on this brand.
I will address each section seperately:
Casuals: The casuals were super comfy and thick and were perfect for me and my girls. Unfortunately, a change in manufacturer has resulted in an odd material composition that is thinner and slippier (for lack of a better term) and which shows signs of wear/bobbling after one wash. I have now sold on all except one of my pairs of 'new' LLL casuals. Also, I dont know what happened with the seasonal casuals but the sizing/length was totally wrong. Unfortunately, these were like golddust so when I got a matching set for me and my daughters - I had to stick with my leggings that were several inches too long.
Loungewear: The same as above regarding the fabric. I have kept some of my loungewear as the signs of wear are less of an issue as they are not worn outside but they should definitely last longer than they do! My older fabric blend ones look newer than the new ones which have only been worn a handful of times
Activewear: This section is going to be quite a long one. First bought capri and shorts and LOVED them. I still do. They are my most worn leggings for running. However, the fabric became thinner after it changed to a 4 way stretch and now shows the tiniest of scratches and pulls whereas the old fabric could withstand ANYTHING. LLL will state that the fabric has not changed but if you compare an old pair of actives and a new pair - this difference is clear.
LLL changed the length of their Capri leggings without informing customers and tried to keep it quiet on the community page by not approving posts which mentioned it and then eventually admitted that this was something they did by choice without informing anyone.
The sizing of actives is VERY inconsistent. I have never had to complain to a company as many times as I have with LLL. All halloween activewear was incorrectly sized. All Christmas activewear was incorrectly sized. Again, posts on the community page to discuss this were censored to prevent people discussing it.
The final straw for me was ordering 2 pairs of shorts. Both COMPLETELY different patterns and both with a waistband 1 inch lower than all other LLL shorts that I own. I was advised that I should return these with a freepost label and that I could request a pair with the correct waistband. I was instead refunded with no communication from LLL and when I reached out to them - I was advised that all shorts in my size in this pattern have the same fault. Yet they are still in stock and available on the website.
Other products: Hoodies are very small made and Secret santa bags contained items which had previously been sold as imperfects. I do love my hooded blanket though so I suppose that is a positive.
Lucy Locket Loves has a lack of transparency which can be seen via the way they managed the facebook page (which hopefully will now change) and their communication with customers. Despite providing photographic evidence to CS of faults - customers are then asked to provide further evidence with a tape measure. It also depends who picks up your enquiry about a faulty item as to how it is dealt with - some people are offered a full refund but told to keep the item, some a 50% refund and some to return the item. Consistency is key in running a business and that applies to all aspects - Products, Customer Service, Communication, Transparency.
I hope Lucy Locket Loves take on the constructive criticism from their customers to move forward.

I have Actives and Casuals. I can honestly say they're amazing.
The actives stay up, they don't move at all when running or doing bootcamp. They are totally squat proof and really high waisted. I have had a couple of issues with sizing not being the same but I emailed their support team and all was resolved quickly and efficiently and I am more than happy with the outcome.
The casuals are just that, perfect for everyday wear, they stay up better than supermarket ones and don't go anywhere near as see through.
I would recommend this brand.

I love my leggings. I have activewear and casuals, which I wear daily. Well the active wear have been put on hold due to being 34 weeks pregnant and they had gotten uncomfortable on my tummy. The casuals are lovely, soft and comfortable. The feel of them has changed over the past 18months however I feel that they are of a better quality. I had some of the older designs which sadly went the same way as other leggings which was a holey crotch from my legs rubbing together, not with the newer casuals they don’t though! Some of the stitching on a couple of them has come undone a bit but show me a brand of clothes that don’t. I love my leggings and will continue to buy them.
In response to a few of the reviews they have all failed to mention that Lucy and co have helped 2 women with their businesses and they’ve given them a cash injection!! Lucy and co have also provided money to a local bakery to ensure that the local children didn’t go without food during the school holidays, because this money (thankfully) wasn’t used much, it was topped back up again and donated to the primary school so they could purchase laptops!! Show me a big company that does that? Lastly I feel that a few of the reviews are unfair, yes Lucy shares some personal aspects of her life and her home. Which is beautiful but I feel that if you don’t like it scroll along. You don’t have to read it.
I’ve had to contact customer service on one occasion and they were super super fast at replying.
All in all it’s a good brand, with good values and good products.

I love Lucy Locket Loves leggings! They’re good quality, very quirky designs, you do stand out when you’re outside exercising...but I love that!! The casuals are comfortable, lovely and soft, bright, they make me smile every time I look at them! The FB group everyone is banging on about isn’t fair to be spoken about as a review. Personally I don’t have many friends & love the group advice and help. I also love to see the success of Lucy. I’m jealous, sure! But she works a lot harder than I do & created something i wish I’d have thought of!! They are a bit expensive but if people don’t want to pay, they won’t. Over 40,000 in the group proves that I’m not the only one who will buy them at the price they currently are. All these women ripping down a successful business are ridiculous

I am a return customer of Lucy Locket Loves, and will continue to be for as long as I’m able to be! I am totally in love with the leggings. I have bought actives, casuals and loungewear, including asking for different designs for Christmas!
My kids also have leggings too. Which they adore!
It really saddens me to see the lower star reviews here, because I really don’t think it is representative. You just have to look at how quickly things sell out to see the popularity of the brand.
Lucy, if you read this ~ please remember that you have a lot (I mean a lot!) of people that loves your products, and that really enjoy your input, motivation and positivity (group, being active, challenges etc).
Sadly, I know you can’t keep everyone happy, but you are certainly keeping the vast majority more than happy! Please keep going!

I only started wearing LLL at the beginning of 2020 and never lasted the year. At first it was a great brand, I wore the actives as well as casuals, couldn't get into the lounge wear personally.
Leggings - bright and fun designs, however after they decided to trademark they became dull and repetitive. As well as this the quality of the material used went downhill. A lot of people commented on this and have been consistently told nothing has changed, even though people showed pictures of the size difference. Recently on the FB group it was clarified that the material (a part from the actives) had infact changed, weird to have lied about this for a while beforehand. Again there are pictures showing the difference with the actives, yet it's being made to believe customers are wrong about this...
LLL decided this was the year to branch out into other products, which would be fair if the quality of their main products had not went downhill. Maybe it has been a bit much for Lucy and she should focus on what her brand really is instead of adding random items.
Returns - having an issue with the products may cost you if you didn't pay via PayPal as return postage is on the buyer, which I find odd. Either this or you're only offered a 50% refund if you go via customer service, which again is odd.
Customer service - just like the brand it's kind of went down hill, having seen how some of the CS team interact on the FB group just shows how unprofessional the team are. I also find it extremely bizarre that when contacting CS about your now unwanted product it isn't enough to just state the item isn't what you want, if you reject the 50% because you're adament the quality is poor then you are also asked to provide pictures of this, they then deem this as not enough, so you are asked to get the measuring tape out...bizarre.
Surely someone is allowed to decide a product isn't for them, especially when you're an online retailer?
FB group - the LLL FB group started as a community and has now turned into somewhat of a toxic space. Lucy herself uses the space to promote other brands, as well as to showcase her lifestyle, which at a time like this is a bit much. I'm all for supporting independent businesses but when you're bragging about your own personal spending, it does not come across well...if this is something that she wants to do she should create a blog as this is more of an influencer lifestyle.
The group is also used to push sales and promotional codes that are frequently extended or "forgotten" to be turned off.
People use the group to talk about their own lives, which to an extent I get but it can get rather personal, this can get weird.
Having a difference of opinion about the brand is a no-no on the group also, as even a simple question can be welcomed with attacks.
It's ashame the brand has went downhill and for whatever reason Lucy herself would rather ignore this and post herself crying instead of using it to build her empire and create a positive community along with it, which I assume was her initial plan for the brand.
Also if you are NOT posting a positive review here it will be flagged by the LLL team as they don't want any negative feedback being on show 🙂
- in regards to the response I have received, again it isn't fair to expect people to pay to return items that they just don't want, as you are an online retailer so it is impossible to 'try before you buy' unclear why this has been brushed over. I never gave you information on a specific item either, so there is no item in "question". You do expect your customers to show the size differences that there clearly is and ask them to also measure the garments after doing the first step. This is fact. When all steps are completed you regard these as "faulty" and proceed with the 50% or refunding but this is a consistent inconsistency with the leggings, something that doesn't seem to be getting addressed by the company. Instead, posts were censored and if it weren't for other groups giving honest reviews not a lot of people would have been aware until purchasing a pair.

I have a few pairs of actives and they're honestly the most comfy leggings for running! I'm on the short side but can just about get away with full length but I really love the new length of capris. I have a couple of pairs of casuals and these are also very comfy, my son(12yrs) has a few pairs of casuals and has literally lived in them since covid 19, they have kept really well considering I tumble dry his!
Customer service is fantastic.
As for the Facebook group, I don't see why people are slating that on here, if they don't like it they can leave/scroll on, you don't have to be in the group to purchase leggings. Seems to me like these people just like to cause trouble.

I love LLL! Customer service is great and the quality is much better than other brands I have tried. I don't have a problem with the group, if people don't like it they don't need to buy or need to be a member of the group! :-)
I do think you need to make casuals for us shorties tho because the new ones are too long! I would also prefer it if they wasn't made and ordered from China.
