I was Introduced to Lee and the LMB team in 2022 having work throughout London for more than 12 years designing and planning lofts for the public and various other Contractors

From planning to completion. Very professional

LMB designed and built hip to gamble loft conversion for us. I was recommended LMB by a neighbour who had already had a similar project completed by the company. The team were knowledgeable, pleasant, reliable and very easy to communicate with. Our project manager Lee kept everything well organised in terms of deliveries of supplies and coordinating trades so the project ran smoothly without unnecessary delays. The completed work is to a high standard that we are very happy with. The price of the loft conversion was reasonable as well as processing time.

I am so glad I chose LMB, the service was second to none all the way through. They kept me updated at every stage and the work was absolutely beautiful. I am recommending to anyone who will listen as I am so happy with the final results.

We are really happy with our final loft extention. We've been in it a few months and it feels like it's always been part of the house. The team we worked with had some great suggestions about room layout on site that have given us 2 well proportioned rooms and a bathroom.

LMB done a really good job on our loft, the quality of work carried out by the different trades was of a very high standard. There was a delayed start to our project but overall this was made up by the high standard of finish by the teams that were allocated to our project.

LMB Completed the work on my loft conversion over the past few months. The start of the process was amazing with Laurence the builder b big faultless throughout. After the main build was completed it moved over to the project manager. This didn’t start of well, but was later removed for Ollie who has picked up the project well. The workmanship seems to be of a very high standard and generally very happy. This did over run slightly but was kept informed and still very happy over all.

LMB completed our loft conversion in December 2020. Laurence and his team were very professional and efficient, completing the build on time. Costs were kept to budget. We are very pleased with our loft conversion.

I went to LMB Lofts after a really bad experience and being financially taken advantage of by a small loft company called new space.

LMB came to my house to talk through my loft plans and budget, timescale of work and when they could start the work, so to point and direct with all they said

The company was incredible in every area, honestly all of the trades that work for LMB were so professional and always on time, their workmanship was excellent, and what was amazing, they were all really nice down to earth people that took time to explain any concern or issue that I had

The LMB owner Lee assured me that the work will be done and done to budget and done to a great standard

And in my opinion, Lee was correct in all the work his company done

We had our lift converted with LMB and found them to be professional, reliable and attentive. The team that Lee sent round to carry out the work were very polite and respectful which made having them in our house whilst the building works were underway a lot easier. The Project manager Laurence and this team were really good and dealt with every query and concern we had. The Brazilian carpenter that LMB used, Dalton, was amazing too! The guy is very talented. Overall good experience and really pleased with the end result, which looks stunning. Thank you Lee and the LMB team!

My partner received a quotation from LMB several months ago. Since then, they have been subjected to a barrage of phone calls from Lee Murphy in the evening offering discounts only if we paid in cash to avoid paying VAT. This constant badgering indicates serious financial problems at this company. After some research to establish the cause of this greed I found on Companies House that Lee Edward Murphy has liquidated two companies (Company numbers: 07461268 and 05140036) and I would advise potential clients to steer well clear.

We recently had our loft conversion carried out by L&B after a recommendation from some friends of ours who had done the same and we couldn't be happier with the results, it's like living in a show home.
All the guys working on the project we're excellent, tidy, reliable, and kept us updated with what was going on and what decisions would need to be made. Ryan who did a lot of the building work especially was top drawer, sending daily videos of what was being done, and making tweaks to things as he went to solve us problems we weren't seeing - lining the windows and hatches up so they would be symmetrical after the wardrobes went in, reinforcing the wall so we will have a place to mount the TV when we get to it etc. Nice touches that we would have missed.
There were a few bumps along the way where unexpected issues popped up - as there always will be, and each time we were able talk to Lee and work through to a happy compromise on solutions to them. 
Once the main job was finished the guys came back and tidied up all the loose ends, patching up bits of wall, boxing in new pipework, fixing the dips in the drive and got everything ready to be decorated.
100% would use these guys again if I am ever in need of a loft conversion.

Lee and his team did an excellent job on our loft conversion 6yrs ago. When we were ready to sell the property and we required documentation regarding the loft that we did not have, Lee and his team were more than happy to supply the required documention. Because of that we successfully sold the house. Thanks Lee!
