I have only just been put with this…

I have only just been put with this company. The delivery was only a few minutes late but was not a problem. I was unsure about how to adninister the medication so rang about a nurse visit for help. I spoke to joe on 16th april and he was very helpful and went over and above to sort the nurse visit out also sorted the next two deliveries out for me. What could have been a stressful time was made so much easier with the help i received from joe. Thank you so much. Wendy Ridgley

Sue was incredible! 😊 Delivery to my workplace is an absolute game changer it gives me peace of mind and saves me from the stress of potentially missing my medication. Joe was super helpful on the phone - making arrangements for medication delivery very easy and stress free to coordinate delivery day and sharps bin replacement. Always find the team helpful when I speak with them.

Joe was fantastic!!

Joe was fantastic! Really thorough and helpful, even with being delayed with my injection (hospitals fault) and the call disconnected he rung me back straight away and was so pleasant! A credit to the team and Lloyds Clinical

A superb service!

A superb service! I was proactively contacted if I hadn't booked in my next delivery where flexible dates were readily available. Medication always arrived during the time slot arranged and delivered by polite and helpful couriers. Any correspondence with staff was efficient and effective with the advisors being helpful and respectful. I highly recommend this 5 star service.

Excellent medication provider

I have given the five star rating because person who rang me about my delivery of new medication was excellent, knew what they were talking about and was very nice and they answered any queries that I had.

They are friendly and do their absolute best to make sure my meds are with me for when I need them, today Joe was lovely, polite and made me feel at ease, I have never had a bad experience with any of the staff always try their best to help
