Excellent service

Been using Lloyd's clinical for many years now always on the ball with my medication. My call handler today was Joe who got everything set up in a prompt manner and was extremely helpful and easy to talk to which was great and made my day so thanks Joe

Phone call to book delivery…

The chap who rang me (sorry I didn't get his name) was very polite & helpful & rang me back a bit later as it wasn't convenient when he rang 1st time. He sorted a date for delivery to suit me which was great. My only criticism is you cant give a delivery time estimate:-8am -6pm is a long time to keep clear & I prefer afternoons as I don't sleep well & tend to sleep in later. I dont hear my front door from upstairs so might miss my delivery!? If you could specify afternoons or after 10am it would suit much better.

I couldnt have asked any more...

I couldnt have asked any more from the Lloyds pharmacy delivery in chasing up the release of a prescription I needed from the hospital pharmacy. This proved to be a major obstacle, but they kept me informed throughout. I am really grateful the way the member of staff went way beyond what I could have reasonably expected in trying to ensure I got the medication .

Karen was brilliant!!! She took an almost impossible situation and found a perfect solution (organising my delivery at the last minute). She went over and above what any employee could be expected to do and really put the patient (me) first. Well done

A very reliable and friendly company

I have never had any complaints about this company. They have always been reliable, medicine arrives on time within the two hour time frame and the communication is very good. Everyone is very friendly, helpful and polite.
