Initial price looked good but basic cover
Initial price looked good but then you have to accept the cover is basic but upgraded to the middle package which was more inline with what I had with my previous insurance company and the price jumped up but still £3 a month saving than what I was paying so happy overall and easy to setup.

I am already with Lloyds Bank (current account and credit cards) so as my Insurance expires in August it made sense to bring it "in house" and the quote was lower anyway.

I have put 4 stars because I got a cheaper quote through Confused.com then straight from Lloyds even though I bank with Lloyds. I think its a shame as a loyal customer for many years that the bank can't give the cheaper quote
