Le recomendamos que configure su ID de llamada para el uso de la aplicación. Los clientes que tienen asociado el identificador de llamadas, tienen una conexión exitosa y de mayor calidad en la llamada.
Los agentes de Servicio al Cliente le han enviado un correo electronico mas detallado para ayudarle con la configuracion de esta opcion en su telefono.

We have verified the connection of your calls. The vast majority of problems actually occur due to a weak telecommunication network the person has in the destination country you are trying to reach when calling landline numbers, especially during peak hours.
Keep in mind that sometimes calls can fail due to lack of coverage if you call cell phone numbers.
However, some changes have been made in the way of connecting your calls to your account to avoid problems in the future.

Since you're using the app, please go through some checks to fix it:
-Make sure you have the latest app version. If not, please update, or uninstall and reinstall it.
-Make sure you've got high speed internet; slow internet connection will affect your call connection majorly.
-Set up your Caller ID to ensure an ideal connection. Find it in your app menu. Follow the easy steps to activate that. The Caller ID is the phone number that will show on the display of the person you call.

Most of the time can not.make a direct call. It always appears a window informing that my internet is not enough strong, but that is not true because I can use WhatsUp, Zoom or any other apps!! Disappointed!
