Warning: Livpure RO AMC is a Scam! ₹10,000 Wasted, Dishonest Service
I deeply regret purchasing a Livpure RO system and, even more so, paying ₹10,000 for a 2-year Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). The service provided has been nothing short of fraudulent.
As part of the 2-year AMC, Livpure was contractually obligated to change critical filters (specifically the copper and UV/mineralizer filters) twice. They failed to do so. They only ever replaced basic carbon filters.
The issues escalated when their technician falsely updated the system to indicate that the changes were completed. This is a clear case of deception.
When I contacted customer care, I was given the number of an "area head" who was incredibly rude and unprofessional. On a conference call, he dismissed my concerns and backed his technician's false claim, telling me the filters "didn't need to be changed" as per their flawed system records.
Furthermore, throughout the 2 years, trying to get a service visit required calling customer care repeatedly, as technicians frequently failed to show up for scheduled appointments.
This entire experience has been a massive waste of money and time. The lack of integrity from their staff and the failure to provide the paid-for service means I will never buy another Livpure product again. I strongly advise potential customers to look elsewhere for honest and reliable water purification service.

Never buy any Livpure product — they don’t send service technicians on time. I waited 15 days, even while living in a metro city.
Their customer care team is completely unprofessional and takes zero responsibility. Every time you book a service request, they fail to provide a proper solution. Instead, they simply share the contact number of a technician or area supervisor, who gives false promises every single day.
Overall, an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience.

I am highly disappointed with Livpure’s rental-based water purifier service. I raised a complaint on 19th July regarding a malfunctioning unit, and despite multiple follow-ups, escalations, and even shouting at customer support, no real progress has been made in resolving the issue.
Instead of fixing the old purifier, they installed a replacement unit – which turned out to be another faulty purifier. Within a week, it stopped working. After more delays, they now claim the new unit has a motherboard issue — exactly the same problem I had reported for the earlier unit on 19th July.
This clearly shows a lack of technical diagnosis, no quality control, and most importantly, no common sense in their service operations.
To make matters worse, Livpure is unethically extending the subscription period by including non-working days — essentially charging customers for days when the purifier wasn't even working. This is nothing short of fraud.
Such a level of service is unacceptable from a reputed brand. I strongly discourage anyone from opting for Livpure’s rental service unless they drastically improve their support, product quality, and ethical practices.
Damaged, poor service
I bought Livpure Ro for my aged parents. It was damaged. Installation person didn't guide them, was on personal call whole time. They faced problem, so called continuously but no response from anyone. Since 10 days I'm calling to customer care services giving same details but no escalation. I wish I would have not chosen Livpure.

Subscribed to Livpure smart water purifier on 10.06.25 through their app.paid the water charges for one full year and the deposit for the RO. very prompt in collecting our money.! Very prompt in delivering the RO( I mean the carton said to contain the RO).I received the carton on 10.6.25 evening.. Even after days nobody turned up to install the RO, in spite of repeated requests. Their whatsapp is a shoddy piece of work; they don't allow you to complete what you have to say; most of the times the Agents are not available to talk to you..
And their customer care email is a one- way street - you don't get any acknowledgements or replies..you trust to God that they have received your mails..
To cut the story short, they whatsapped me on 19.06.25 that they are sending their executive to take the machine back, as they have not been able to install the same even after 7+ days after delivery!
But nobody has turned up till now .I have also requested for refund of my money..it seems to have fallen on deaf ears ..

I bought a Livpure water purifier for my parents, and it stopped dispensing water for no clear reason. I first reached out to customer support on April 1st, and despite repeated calls and follow-ups, no one responded.

I almost lost 3k rs after getting the RO on rent, because it never worked and I have to eventually buy water from the market. I've been trying to get my Livpure purifier serviced for the past 15 days, as it has been over a year since the last service. Despite repeated calls to your customer service team, no service executive has shown up so far. Every time I call, I’m assured that someone will be sent soon, but nothing actually happens.
The customer support experience has been extremely disappointing — slow, unresponsive, and completely unreliable. For a brand that claims to offer timely service, this is far below expectations.
I hope Livpure takes this feedback seriously and improves their service operations. As a customer, basic servicing should not be this hard to get.
Livpure Cheated Me of ₹4,000 Deposit – No Response After Cancellation
I subscribed to Livpure's RO rental service and paid a ₹4,000 deposit. When I cancelled the service, I expected them to pick up the machine and refund the deposit as promised.
However, after raising the cancellation request, Livpure stopped responding completely. I’ve sent multiple emails, tried calling customer care, but no one is responding. The machine is still lying unused at my home, and I feel completely ignored and cheated.
This is not acceptable from a brand that claims to offer reliable service. I am planning to take legal action under the Consumer Protection Act and warn others through social media.
Please think twice before choosing Livpure. I’ve lost my money and peace of mind.

Their customer service is very bad and have poor quality of addressing the maintenance. They didn't get time from August 2024 to till today June 2025 to service the product. Their customer support don't have time to listen to issue. They take lot of money for maintenance and don't even care to repair. Poor product service and worst product.
Extremely Disappointed – 1.5 Months, Still No Functional Service
I subscribed to Livpure Smart on 10th April and raised a service ticket on 11th April due to a leakage issue with the under-sink water purifier. What followed was a never-ending cycle of delays, false promises, and poor coordination.
It took over a month to even get the replacement machine delivered — after multiple escalations, countless follow-ups, and empty assurances like "we’ll fix it in 48 hours." Despite clearly informing the team about my vacation dates, I received calls during that period with no action when I was actually available.
Finally, the machine was delivered on 22nd May, and after repeated delays, installed. But even now, it’s not functional. The app shows my subscription as expired, despite paying on time and not having working service for even a single day since April 11th.
To make things worse, Livpure keeps assigning new service engineers daily — but no one ever shows up, and my last 3 emails have gone unanswered.
I have paid for a service that hasn’t worked for 1.5 months, and all I’ve received in return is frustration, wasted time, and zero accountability.
If this is the standard of service, I strongly advise others to think twice before subscribing to Livpure Smart.

The executives never call - when they do they divert it to a different team which never calls. The call support exectives are rude and do not want to listen.
I have been asking them to cancel my plan and collect their machine for over two weeks but they try to sell the machine back to me but won't schedule a call/pick up.

I want to share my honest and extremely disappointing experience with Livpure.
When it comes to new subscriptions, Livpure is very proactive — they call you immediately. But when it comes to cancellation or service issues, there's a huge delay. I raised a cancellation request (Req. No. 20250503090705802) and was told it would take 7 days, which is unacceptable.
Despite clearly informing that I’m only available on weekends, no one has attempted to call or schedule a visit on Saturday or Sunday. All calls come during weekdays, and their team refuses to visit after 6 PM — a clear problem for working professionals.
What’s worse — once your 2-year plan is about to end and it’s time for a filter replacement, the delays start. I’ve spoken with service engineers from other companies and even they admit that Livpure's subscription model leads to delayed service after the initial commitment ends. It seems intentional — to push you toward renewing or upgrading.
This feels like a trap.
Poor post-sale service, no flexibility, no urgency — yet lots of calls when they need a sale.
I strongly urge others to do proper research before choosing Livpure. There are better, more responsive service providers out there.

When I requested a cancellation and refund, I was told I’m locked into a 3-month subscription and must continue paying for this non-functional device before they can even process my refund. This is exploitation, plain and simple.
Turns out, I’m not alone. Many users online have shared similar horror stories — poor service, faulty machines, no refunds, and a complete lack of accountability.
Do NOT fall for Livpure’s subscription model. It’s misleading, manipulative, and they simply don’t care once they’ve got your money.
