SCAMERS! SCAMERS! - Unscrupulous Scammers. Deceptive, misleading, and unethical business practices.
This company advertises itself as being based in the Netherlands, yet when customers request a return, they are instructed to send items back to China at their own expense. This information is not made sufficiently clear at the time of purchase.
When products are faulty or not as advertised, the company appears to discourage returns by offering small partial refunds, store credit, or discount vouchers instead of providing a full refund. Customers are often encouraged to keep defective or misrepresented items in exchange for a minimal refund.
In my case, I purchased what was advertised as a "Women's Tailored Wool Winter Coat." Upon receipt, the garment label clearly stated that the coat was made from 100% polyester, with no wool content whatsoever. This is misleading and, in my view, constitutes false advertising.
The company repeatedly attempted to negotiate partial refunds rather than immediately honoring a full refund for a product that was not as described. Customers should be extremely cautious before purchasing from this retailer.
My experience has been disappointing and frustrating. I would not recommend this company and strongly advise potential buyers to thoroughly research customer reviews before making a purchase.
