i had ordered a centilever parasol where the top was tipping and i had to tie it up. i am disable and was not happy with it. after numerable attempts contacting them atlast they said i could return it at my own cost. I had also ordered two lot of outdoor Moroccon lights which I have returned but they refuse to pay me. I contacted the company good bagen and asked them for postal address to find the postal receipt, no help there . I am still repeating myself many a times about this, asking them the address of the company so that I can trace the postal transaction. they are not doing it. i am getting physically sick with this. i even contacted the Resolver uk. no help as non stop they are asking me the same information. i am an old customer of theirs and wish I had read these reviews before, I would not have got involved with them. i am a registered disable and a pensioner. I wish there are places where they could deal with our complaints. how can they sleep at night doing innocent people like us. no wonder they can afford to advertise for wowcher non stop on TV. this company need to be stopped trading. Can trading standards help here? i would give them zero not even one star or making me cry and getting my BP up. No other company has treated me in such a way.

Ordered on 5th July and goods have never arrived. I wish also that I’d read the reviews for this “company”! I’ve tried emailing, live chat (no response from someone called Mary) and also WhatsApp. I’ve wasted money and I’m not even working because I’m too vulnerable following the pandemic . Living social should be ashamed of taking peoples money with no intention of having any further contact. I also was charged £4.99 delivery which is a joke. I paid through PayPal so might try getting a refund through them. LS are appalling!! I’ve also tried to get the voucher and living social are trying to charge me a further £2.99 postage!!!

I've just received what is supposed to be a fan it's a very cheap piece of tat l was charged £14.99 and £4.99 postage they add it on after you've paid living social are scammers nothing they sell is worth what they charge.. the wind from this so called fan is very weak .. all living social and Wowcher sell is very cheaply made rubbish it didn't cost £4.99 postage their is hardly any weight to it all their it's are not worth what they charge avoid this company they are thieves

This is a complete fraudulent company. Do not patronise them for whatever reason. I traced their acclaimed office address in Derby and it was a dead end. Nobody in that building believed to have know they existed not even the Uber guy around. They would have swindled me about £350 but for the spirit of God that said I should be patient and check their office the next day and pick whatever I want from their office instead of online. They are ripping the unsuspecting public off.

Dissatisfied - through Living Social, I Booked a Hotel and Tina Turner Show in London with OMG hotels, way back in Feb for 5 people (including an 86 year old) totalling over £500, have tried many times to contact both companies, as it is not confirmed what showing time at theatre we have, therefore have not been able to book any other excursions, we also need to know what room configuration we have for the five travelling - never had any replies from OMG .

We are travelling to London on Wednesday 13th from Southampton and still have not received the vouchers!! as we cannot get through to OMG hotels and speak to a human, I am getting very anxious at even getting said vouchers! - Really not impressed with the service provided so far. Why are Living Social even using this company and why do living social not respond to complaint emails??

If anyone from Living Social or OMG reads this and wants to redeem themselves my booking number is 40587196 in the name of Brown. I have also messaged you and put a comment via facebook, emailed both the congierge team and booking@OMG, nothing receivd back yet. Appalling!!

I was hoping to give zero stars as I’m very very disappointed and so wish I had read the reviews first!! I bought two fire pits advertised as being worth £299 each £75 each and it’s complete rubbish you can buy them cheaper on Amazon. The one that is worth £299 has a slate top and these are just metal, totally mis-sold! Now I’m afraid to return them to the company in case I lose my money and the fire pits! Nobody is speaking to me from Living Social and you cannot ring the company, apparently due to Covid and the WhatsApp chat is a complete farce! Looks like my only option is trading standards as this should not be allowed to happen!

I agree with everyone it is a total scam thought that I was buying a bed told it was a voucher reciet for voucher tried to use went into my account to be told nothing there unable to contact anyone they have the nerve to send more adverts Were are trading g standards

Don’t waste your money on this push up bra. It’s awful. Wrong size no support and padding all wrinkled and the strap underneath that’s supposed to give you lift ? Useless!!! Mine went straight on the bin where it belongs 🙁

Agree with everyone on here they are a scam, they do not answer calls or emails. Live chat is a joke no-one comes back to you. I too should have read the reviews I will NOT ever use this rubbish company again! be warned

This company are adisgrace. Ordered garden chairs last month, one afrrived broken. Reported to seller and no reply, complained to LS and they have taken weeks to even contact the seller.you cannot contact them on the phone and have to fight to get anyone e to respond. Goung to go to paypal for refund. Will never bother with them again.

Absolute rubbish. Ordered some tops, said delivery would be on or before a certain date. The date has come and gone. Tried to email them and got no response, tried to contact the retailer, myboo.co.uk, the tops were coming from, got no response. Found a WhatsApp contact for livingsocial. Registered a complaint, received a message to say if they did not reply within 24 hours, I would get a 10% voucher, not that I would consider buying anything from them again to use it! 24 hours has come and well gone still no response ….

UPDATE 24/06/2022 - livingsocial eventually contacted me back, immediately after posting this review, I was given another delivery date. Guess what that date has come and past and still no delivery …

Scam .Company should be fined and not allowed to trade.Have ordered a garden storage box for £109 and all correspondence has stopped since getting my money. Should have read revues. Why haven’t trading standards been on the case ?

A total scam and really wished I had read these reviews. I ordered a plant and it was advertised with the wowcher logo so thought it was legit. No plant and £20.00 out of pocket. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Hope this all comes back on these con artists big time.

I wish I’d read the reviews before being scammed by this company. Ordered some plants. Paid £16.97 via PayPal. Never arrived. A week later I got an email stating ‘your account has been credited £7.99’. At no point did they tell me my order had been cancelled their end. And I’m left wondering what’s going on and where is the rest of my money? Phone number isn’t manned (just a recorded message about coronavirus- over 2 years on?…that old chestnut?? Give me a break- other companies have been answering phones for well over a year), emails bounce back and contact via WhatsApp seems to be a long winded negotiation on how much of MY money I can get refunded and how long it will take. I will NEVER use these scammers again. No plants and still no refund of any of my money. Opening a dispute via PayPal. Buyer beware.

Any kind from them. They don't have customer service people you can talk to on the phone. Found their online form for queries No response. I've tried again today. I watched the sight for a couple of months before ordering taking my time and there are at least half a dozen other things I was interested to ordered. Massively disappointed.

Ordered the grass streamer and only used it once as it wont start any more. No one replies to the emails or case raised. No way of returning the item. What seemed like a good deal turned out to be a total loss of money! Should have buy it in the local shop for just a few more euros and have a hustle free service...

This company used to be a good company that you could call and discuss any issues, they are now affiliated or partnered up with WOWCHER, they have become awful. Their terms and conditions have changed during the Covid lockdown and will not pick up any phone calls with the ridiculous message on the answer machine message that they are operating under government COVID-19 guidelines! They refuse to allow me to use my over £200.00 credit balance, they just stop communicating with you. They tell you it’s lost and that’s it.. Honestly I would not recommend this company at all! Sad, all that advertising and when it comes to retaining and valuing your customers you just don’t care!!

Total scam, paid for 2 garden storage boxes only one delivered, tried to email them but bogus email address, finally managed to get an email off google asked them where the other box was and they told me my voucher had ran out. I did not purchase vouchers i purchased garden boxes. Finally they told me they would refund me with a voucher but not cash that i had paid them with, so i would have to reorder it. So i redeemed the voucher, reordered it then they charge me for post and packaging again on the order they failed to deliver. Total scam do not use.
