I love the phone cases from LivexMaintain! They’re durable, they protect my phone and long lasting.

Ordered a personalised phone case under express order last weekend under express delivery and stated on checkout would be delivered by Tuesday 14th order was placed Saturday the 11th under 1-2 working day delivery (stated deliver date latest 14th January)
Only just receiving it today Monday the 20th after speaking to them direct the express delivery is only when they decide to ship the item
Product is amazing as normal shame about the attitude of customer service and taking nearly a week to dispatch

At first glance the case is lovely they got the photo I sent just right. Sadly I used the case for the first time in September 2024 & the wheels weren't very good. So disappointed.

I still haven't received my ordered phone case, and no email to say it has been dispatched which said they would be one, and delivery would be 3-5 days I ordered it on the 2nd Jan.

Decent range of products, Easy to order, simple checkout, and swift delivery, good product.

Parcel delivered to wrong house haven’t even received it yet. Still waiting from ordering from 5th December. Definitely would not order from them, even better they aren’t even giving me a refund of £120 for there error. Says they delivered to a house and it’s not even mine

Great communication, quality suitcase. Shame there was a little dent in the top from the delivery but no time to wait as my daughter is going to Australia and needed it!

This was my 3rd case off this company I bought as gifts and they didn’t disappoint. The quality is very high and they are exactly as described. Arrived quickly and great communication with customer service was kept in the loop of progress and when out for delivery can highly recommend if your thinking of buying new luggage or a present for someone.

They were not only very quick to get together a template for the idea I had for my luggage design but had it made and delivered ridiculously fast!!!

OMG…! I absolutely LOVE my new personalised cases from Live x Maintain 🤩 What a great website, I literally spent 3 days online designing my personalisation…there is SO much choice. Delivery speedy also. Loved the packaging as well 😍 Would definitely recommend!
