I bought two plants (a button fern and a lipstick plant) that both arrived faster than expected. Some of the branches of my lipstick plant were broken so I emailed some pictures to the company and they quickly mailed me a replacement plant. That one also arrived broken (I think vine-like plants don’t travel well), so they gave me a credit towards a new plant. Excellent customer service!! Thank you so much! I plan to buy many more plants from you guys!

Both my daughters received beautiful plants for their birthdays and now I have the perfect gift to send! I love that they have a pet safe plants category as both have very active dogs who are in to everything so I'm not concerned...very smart idea! :)

Plants got delivered tipped and frozen. They have both died. The fern especially was so root-bound that it had split the sides of the planter pot. Neither plant was in an "Eco" pot as ordered.

My order still hasn’t shipped. There’s a label created but that’s it. Likely cancelling it today.

I sent yellow roses to my 86 year old mom for Valentines Day, and they arrive on the 19th of February. Clearly this plant had been through a lot in its journey. the leaves and blooms were crispy and dead. Terrible gift.

I have ordered a house plant through Lively Root and both times it has shown up dead. I would not recommend purchasing through Lively Root

I was pleased with the condition of the plant I ordered when received. However, in comparison with the ship time I regularly experience with other online orders; receiving my plant seemed to take much longer.
