Quite overwhelmed by the service and the speed everything was arranged, my main concern with all lend companies was high interest rates, however I was more that happy with the rates and the fact that they get reduced at times which pleases me, just need to be a good customer, abide by the rules and keep payments on time every time, no worries, I would definitely use Livelend again and also recommend to any of my friends and family, thank you.

Has anyone actually managed to get a reduction in interest with livelend? It is not clear on the website but the credit score used to do this is not visible to the public or the same as your credit reports it is an industry one.

In terms of your reduced payments and that impact on your credit file, we agree that this should've been made clearer to you. We understand our support team have spoken to you about this and have shared how they're taking the next steps to put things right for you.
In regards to your feedback about our Reward Loan and your eligibility for a rate reduction, we do explain when customers apply and on our website that we use Equifax credit score data to review you eligibility for a reward. We also breakdown what score this ('management score') and that it's a different score than what you'll see on your credit reports.
We completely understand that it's disappointing to not have earned a reward just yet but we continue to review all of our customers eligibility every three months and so far, we're proud of the product we've created and the positive difference our rewards make on our customer's lives.

awful experience
awful experience, can't make overpayment or pay off all of my remaining loan early so I am stuck making the original monthly payments
edit: Would like to add, this is due to a fault on their website where when you attempt to make an overpayment or try to repay your whole loan early, after you enter your card details, instead of attempting the payment, you are redirected to the homepage and logged out. I have tried different laptops, browsers, have even tried several different bank accounts, none are working, have also tried waiting a couple of days in between payment attempts which is annoying as interest is accrued daily! Seriously avoid unless you are happy to pay the high interest monthly payments for the duration of the loan term. There is no way to contact livelend other than through 'live chat', the advisors on the other end of this have told me they don't take payment over the phone and there's nothing they can do about their own website not working and are blaming 'their payment partner' ! no apology, no accountability, no attempt to make this right, absolutely useless !
