It is easy to get help

I have been a customer of Livelend for almost 5 years. I have found them to be very supportive, especially during the COVID period. I have come to the final payment month and it was promised that an agent would contact me, to inform me of the closure of the account and to arrange that any overpayment, will be refunded to me. An agent did make contact with me as promised. The agent told me of the amount due back to me and how long before it will be transferred to my account.
I have found this company to be reasonable and I would say honest in their dealings.

Very helpful information and fast responses

Sent an email to customer services as I needed to change my payment date, due to a new job. A lovely lady called Sarah called me just a couple of hours later and she was so friendly and made it so simple. It was all sorted in a matter of minutes and I received an email to confirm everything. Sarah also wished me well and congratulated me on my new job. An asset to your company.

The loan rates are fantastic and staff have always gone out of there way to help and the live chat is fast response it’s just a shame you can’t talk to people instead of txting. Livelend is highly recommended by myself and I would have no problem using them in the future if I needed another loan. Thanks to everyone at livelend.

Really helpful staff, had a technical issue with making a payment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and polite. The process of taking out the loan was really straightforward and quick, and the repayment plan was fair, and also adjusted depending on your credit score, which was a good incentive

Service from adviser very helpful, only frustrating thing is I need to wait 8 weeks to move a direct debit to my new current account which means I need to log on and pay manually every month. But service was good and adviser was helpful.
