Item arrived quickly and was packaged…
Item arrived quickly and was packaged without excess waste. The rug we ordered was as described. The 100% cotton was very soft and fluffy under the feet. It was made in India not the US. That was on me for assuming. All in all a purchase I am happy with.

Scratchy Sheets
The sheets are scratchy. I washed them and did a Downey fabric softener rinse. Very disappointed considering the price.

Dear Gaye,
Thank you for sharing your feedback on the sheets.
All sheets are scratchy when new, even though ours do not come covered in chemicals.
We recommend you steer clear of fabric softeners. Fabric softener works by coating the fibres, this does make them feel smoother but it reduces the breathability of the fabric and over time can degrade the fibers.
Instead: Please try vinegar, the soft sheet's best friend. It truly is a great fabric softener, and in case you are worried your bedding will smell like salad, you’ll be pleased to know the smell does not linger.
Please let us know if this works.

Nothing good.
The slate grey bath rugs have serious dye problem. Rinses out in cold water. I've never had a product to shed so much.

We are equally as disappointed that our slate gray rugs did not perform as promised. As such, we are thankful that we were able to address the problem immediately and issue return labels so that we may provide you a full refund. Rest assured we are looking into this incident so that we can understand what happened. We are terribly apologetic for the inconvenience this has caused you and hope we have satisfied your needs as it related to how things have been handled.

Top Notch Cotton Sheets & Throw Blanket
I am very pleased with my pretty white cotton sheets. They are the perfect size (I bought Queen) and weight. I love the way they feel. In addition to my sheets, I also have an absolutely wonderful cotton throw blanket that is perfect to wrap up in when watching my favorite tv shows. Top notch sheets and blanket!

These bath mat products are workhorses
These bath mat products are workhorses! We have had them in 2 very busy guesthouses for a few years now; they are machine washed over 40 times a year & they still look & feel great. So, finally, I just bought them for my personal home. Why did I wait so long!?
Now, nothing is perfect so what negative critique can I contribute?
Perhaps Grund should make the labels a bit smaller. One of the best features of these rugs is turning them over & using the other drier side of the bathmat. I cut the labels off because I don't like them showing when you flip the mat over.
I love the 60" in front of a traditional bathtub. It's a great look!
