Order 4 1:18th GTLM cars 3 / 4 have showed up pretty quick 1 / 4 is waiting at customs, 2 / 3 showed up perfect no visible damage 1 / 3 arrived with the wing broken but that was easy to fix with some clear super glue and that was do to original manufacturer not bolting down the back 2 retaining screws. Will purchase from again when I decide to expand my collection

I purchased a 1:18 992 Porsche 911 Turbo S with custom license plate - a beautiful replica of the Real car and the price was fair and delivery was fast however UPS delivered to the wrong house - I emailed Rosa and she took care of it right away and I had it the Next day - superb service

I ordered a 1971 camaro model..it arrived by usps with the box damaged during shipping.the model was not damaged but the inner box the car was in was damaged..I contacted Allen and he was very receptive to my concern and offered me a full refund with a return shipping label or a price adjustment credit to compensate for the damaged box.i accepted the price adjustment and he issued the credit immediately..great customer service.they answered the phone right away and resolved my concern..it's been a pleasure to do business with Allen and his company..

Allen, Rosa, and the team and Live Car Model were very welcoming and helpful. I made an appointment to visit the store and they took the time to show me around, answer questions, and look at models in detail. I went home happy with two fantastic AUTOart models - a Rocket Bunny 86 and LB-Works Lambo. 5 stars and highly recommend!

Before placing an order with them, I emailed their sales person asking if the product i was interested in was in stock - he said yes. I place my order and give it 1 month and my item status never changed. I emailed customer support and she informs me the product is not in stock -.-. She informs me there is another product similar to mine and I said okay - This was suppose to be a birthday present. According to her it was being shipped from warehouse and give it 7 days for tracking - gave it 20 days and nothing. I email back and I haven't gotten a response back from them. I placed this order in April 2023 and its now July 2023. I gave up and went through paypal for a refund. The other vendor i went to prior to livecarmodel did the same thing to me. A birthday present that was supposed to be given last year lol.

Today I received the Honda CRV diecast ordered. It was very well packed which is important because I live countryside outside USA. I am very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the model. Very detailed and correct since I have the same car / color as my daily driver. The service of Livecarmodel was excellent, because it was not an easy task to get it over here.
5 star no doubt.

I ordered a car model as a bday gift for my dad in March 2022. Never received it. They kept telling me it was coming from out of the country. I started asking for a refund and never got a response. Do not buy from here!! It's a total scam.

6/18/23 Edit: after leaving this review and trying to contact them again for a refund, I finally got a response. They've offered a full refund immediately and said they'd ship the product whenever it comes in from the manufacturer. It was a great offer, but I feel they should've been more proactive instead of me chasing them for a year. I may give another star once the car arrives.

8/6/23 Update: the car has arrived as promised and in good condition. So, they are not a scam, and I'm adding another star. It only took a year and a half and my consistent follow up. I appreciate Rosa for her diligence in following up with me these past few months to ensure I got what I ordered.

Never received the product. Was lied to that it was coming from out of the country. Was ignored when asked for my money back

I ordered a model I particularly wanted, it was dispatched and was able to track it from United States to Sydney, Australia.
Unfortunately there was a change of carriers and it was no longer Track able.
I tried and so did Live Model, after exhausting all efforts it disappeared.
I advised them I had exhausted all avenues and a few days later a replacement arrived. A massive thanks.

Model is of very high quality, it shipped quickly, and was well packaged so that it was delivered in perfect condition.

Car model is highest quality and exactly as described. Customer service was amazing - they contacted me when it shipped and offered help if I had any issues. Warehouse actually shipped the wrong model by mistake. I contacted Rosa Gil and she immediately issued a label for the return and had the right model shipped out. Extremely responsive.

Firstly excellent service from Allen Hu..unfortunately the shipping took 5 months to receive in South Africa .
Due to bad postal service..but finally received the parcel
