Great experience
I bought a damaged bulldozer from LIVE CAR MODEL and I was very pleased that it took only one week to arrive. Some work was required to assemble some parts but it looks very nice now.
It was well packaged.
My thoughts are that this Company is good to deal with and I may buy from them again.

Packaged really well, the car was very nice. Great quality, brand new, perfect! The display case and custom stickers didnt come with the delivery and I reached out to customer service. Amazing customer service! They sent everything over right away, made it right!! Will buy from them again for sure.

I have ordered several times from this company. 2 times the models were broken. Sent photos of the damage. Requested a replacement. Was then told they do not have any more in stock. Yet months later they still have the same models listed, they don’t up date the web site. I went to order another model. Was told they did not have it in black. Tried to keep the order, was told they would not be getting any more in, month later still still show the item as available.
HD 4 models in all ordered, 1 of them came. The other 2 are still in limbo. This is the worst I have ever dealt with.

The model was absolutely beautiful. I was able to track my package and once through customs, it took no time to receive. It exceeded my expectations and could not be more pleased.

We were very happy with the product that we received. I ran into a small hiccup with shipping but they have great customer service and was able to fix my issue. Great product.

Great service since the beginning and good communication too. By phone in French !
Delivery is fast, I bought the custom plate and it was missing in the delivery but they do all their best and I received it after a week ! I!m from Quebec and they made it like the license is really, it was a good surprise but i suggest to do it
the same size as the one on the car to put on it.
I will order again for sure!

Quick shipping and excellent communication Would highly recommend for any of your needs

I ordered a model for my hubby for Christmas. I paid for fast shipping. 7-12 business days. It says on the website ships in 2-5 business days. It’s now been 5 business days and when I reached out to see if it had been shipped they replied it would be shipped in two more business days. Seeing as it’s coming from overseas I don’t see how they will be able to fulfill the fast shipping I paid 80.00 for. Nor will they give me a refund for their lack of speedy service.
Update
After I posted this they reached out to me on the 12th and gave me a refund for the shipping. They told me they shipped my package and it was still expedited so it should be here in 7-12 business days. The tracking number they gave me showed no updates for 6 days. Finally on the 18th of December my package showed that it was picked up. It is now the 26th of December and my package is still in China. It bounced around from transfer station to transfer station.
Every time I emailed them with a question she would reply with a short run around answer. I asked her point blank what day my package was picked up and she replied the item has been shipped eta 7-12 business days. That didn’t answer my question at all. And when I sent her a screen shot of the tracking that is hadn’t even been picked up yet she didn’t reply at all.
This is very disappointing. And I will never order anything from this company again. I understand it’s the holidays and there may be some delays. But the fact that you pay for fast shipping and they drag their feet to even fill the order is not acceptable. The only reason they picked up the pace is because I wrote this review.
Please do better live car model.

This company is the real deal. My package got delayed slightly due to unexpected supply chain issues, and Rosa made my experience better than wonderful. Amazing customer service and a great selection of diecast cars. I was able to get a rare car that I couldn’t find anywhere else. I am looking forward to becoming a repeat customer. Thank you again!

Purchased a 1:18 Lexus NX, a fabulous model, which arrived here in the UK very promptly and in pristine condition as the packaging was done very professionally. Unfortunately the personalised number plates were missing, but an email to Rosa sorted that out and they arrived in the post within a week.
