Buying second chair as first has been used intensively on a daily basis with big miles and time for a refresh.
Great chair. Stable. Reliable. Travelling by Taxi or Plane all folds up neatly. Off and on road. Bought for my 23 year old daughter who has not been able to walk solo since birth but the freedom this gives her is amazing!

The customer service and product range here are truly outstanding. During my appointment, the team provided a thorough assessment with the professional expertise needed to help me find the perfect wheelchair for my specific needs. The hands-on product demonstration and guidance were absolutely priceless. I left with confidence that my purchase was worth every penny. Friendly team and I love my chair, so much better than the one I had before!

I had a very prompt response to my request for a pair of armrests for my Smwrt hair plus helpful instructions what to do and they arrived very promptly and a friend helped me change them really easily with the recommended screwdriver!
I have found all the staff that I have spoken with super helpful and prompt in resolving my problems (I dont have many but when they happen this after sales service takes the worry out of resolving the issue, usually due to my fault I should add, not the chairs fault!!

I already had a Lith-tech chair and it is still serving me very well. I did not hesitate to return when I felt I needed a chair that was lighter and could be easier for frequent hospital visits by taxi. A lift or ramps would not be appropriate, as when going by private car.
Paul was very happy to discuss my options with no pressure to purchase and I felt I had space and time before I settled for a Compact Plus for my personal circumstances. Once I sorted and paid for the order the chair soon arrived, well packed, with all the paperwork. I noticed the lighter weight straight away and all was able to set up quickly. The only concern for me was the folding as it was a bit stiff and my balance is rather poor. I rang Paul and we had a discussion with helpful advice and not only that but along with another member of staff, they made a personal video and sent it to me via What’s App. I found that really helpful and thoughtful, it gave me confidence, the chair has loosened and I have not looked back. When I do look back it is at a company that is well organised and thought out and the emphasis is on a safe and best outcome for the customer.

What a genuinely brilliant experience. The first mobility company to suggest my order would not be suitable and helped me find the correct product which arrived the next day, superbly packaged and easy to unload and get working. A very good product and a very happy customer!

Lith-Tech were extremely helpful when I purchased an additional battery charger from them. I cannot fault their service. Delivery was very quick.

Always friendly & helpful advice, I didn’t realise the shop was closed on a Saturday but Toby still called me back. My wife purchased a smart chair X back in 2021 , it’s been used extensively including plenty of journeys abroad & still going strong.

I bought a chair from Lith-Jet nearly 5 years ago when Parkinson's began to chip away at my mobility. I am now reliant on it .
i was really pleased to be able to replace both armrests with the exact same, and to find knowledgeable people answering the phones instead of being put in a queue and having website offers and the like pushed at me.

When we decided to change my wife’s mobility scooter to a power wheelchair we started looking at websites offering what seemed like good deals but on reflection we decided we wanted to be sure of aftercare being available, should it unfortunately become necessary, so looked closer to home and found the website for Lith-Tech Mobility.
Looking at their products, reviews on their website and Trustpilot and watching many of the numerous videos they have taken the trouble to prepare I decided that spending more than planned, while never welcome, might just be worthwhile so arranged a visit.
The depth to which they go to make sure the right chair is paired with the customer is admirable. In depth questions might seem intrusive but having the knowledge of the issues involved means they can make sure you leave with the right product not something you regret.
The demonstration both inside and more importantly outside was in my opinion crucial to knowing we were getting the chair we needed and we were able to do this, despite the weather, for a considerable time utilising the various types of surface to test the chair on.
Staff were all polite and professional and without doubt knowledgeable about their products.
While obviously wanting us to make a purchase I did not feel pressured which is something I know always puts people off.
We left having had our chair put together with some requested modifications in a very short time and I feel we have purchased a far superior product than if we had gone elsewhere.
Highly recommend this company, whether you buy online or take the time to visit they will make sure the chair you buy is right for you not just a good price and for me that matters a lot.

This is my second Lith-Tech chair. I decided to upgrade after over five years of use. the original chair has gone to another user. It's slightly battered after being loaded into the boot of a car hundreds of times but works perfectly.
