I was to get the website up and running for the next 48 hours as i was told, but it took 5 days brother site started working. It can be better next time.

I didn't really find it difficult to purchase my domain and hosting

Their customer service is actually nice, i had an issue with my hosting, I thought it was a bug but then the personnel just took like few minutes and I had my issue resolved

I got direction to sort technical issues out. And response was prompt.

Delivery after purchase is great
Responsiveness good
But domain email resending poor and uptill now still waiting for that email to be sent to me

He work was insufficient and poorly done, uses cheap labor, I regret using this contractor. I will never ever use. Again. I definitely do NOT recommend this company and contractor. Especially if using grant money.
