However, I wanted to share that I am not satisfied with the overall quality of the responses I received. While the replies were quick, they did not fully address my concerns or provide clear resolutions. Additionally, I am quite disappointed with how my billing was handled. The lack of clarity and the way the issue was managed has caused unnecessary confusion and frustration.
I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I believe there is room to improve both the clarity of communication and the billing process to ensure a smoother experience for customers moving forward.

We also received your follow-up inquiry regarding being billed separately for your domain and hosting. Please note that these are distinct services, which is standard in the industry, but we understand how it may have seemed unclear at first glance.

Regarding your suspended service, please note that the domain in question — interrpol.net — raised a compliance flag due to its similarity to an international organization, which can be misleading or misused. As per our policy, we opened a verification request ticket to give you the opportunity to prove legitimate ownership and purpose. You mentioned it was for a school, but unfortunately, you did not provide any documentation to support this claim, despite multiple prompts.
In line with our compliance terms and acceptable use policy, services tied to unverifiable or suspicious content are subject to immediate suspension without refund. This is to maintain the integrity and safety of our platform for all users.
We appreciate your understanding and hope this clears up the situation. If you have further legitimate projects you'd like to host with us, we’re happy to support you through the correct channels.
