Great service and Quality for price

The quality of the goods was amazing didn't have to wait for delivery to long great service 👍

Pleased with the teddybear fleece king duvet set. Not skimpy on the size and button up which is nice. Snuggly warm and not over fluffy for me. Worth buying from a store online and not off the A to Z online that is swallowing everything up. I also bought the oversize socks, great price and I think they a good.

When l needed to return my item they were very helpful and professional and sorted my refund out immediately thankyou

Quick delivery and good quality item

Good quality bedding. Arrived quickly.

I purchased a set of cushion covers which where extremely poor quality, after contacting them I was asked to fill a form and post them back. Since then I've heard nothing back even though Royal Mail shows as delivered a week ago. Absolutely ridiculous you just can't get in touch with them there's no number you can call. I've tried emailing and social media but nothing. Customer service and after sales support is nonexistent.

We bought these towels because they were a bit more colourful than just a plain colour. They arrived quickly, were the colour as shown in the photo. Shame they only came in two sizes and do not have matching bath mats, but they go with the colour of the bathroom.

Item was delivered quickly, can't fault for that.
Customer service is not great. I've now sent 4 emails requesting my delivery charge be refunded as my order was over £49 (as per the website) not even an acknowledgment to any of my emails - or my refund.

Great product

Although the material of the quilts feels rough, I am sure they will soften with washing. Ideal for hot summer nights. Deliv.ery was as promised

I used to buy from Wilko because the prices were good and the bedding fit really well and was good quality but because they closed their stores I was on the search for the brands that supplied their bedding. I found Linensonline and saw that they sold my favourite bedding for even cheaper and when it arrived I wasn't disappointed by the quality either. The duvet set is so soft and comfortable and looks like amazing quality too. Would definitely purchase from them again. Would love to see a bigger colour range for the Velosso Microfibre duvet sets, I want to buy more.

Good quality of items bought, fibres from T towels did not rub off onto crockery, as with others from different retailers. Very helpful when I returned some items that I had ordered by mistake.

Another set of beautiful curtains I ordered and again was very pleased with them. Good quality too

What a disgrace of a company !
I bought a set of curtains which appeared used, with people's hair and small pulls on it. Asked to return immediately for a full refund. After a million chasing emails over several weeks (about 6!) they finally refunded me, but charged me for postage. 0 customer service,no apology, and have the audacity to charge me for postage.. absolutely not recommended and would never order from here !

Very straightforward transaction. The curtains arrived within a couple of days. Excellent service with no issues at all. The curtains are vibrant and appear to be of decent quality.

A lot of their products aren't shown unfolded, meaning you're not sure what the thing will actually look like.

-2 additional stars for the vast majority of their stock not being from natural fibres but rather Polyester - a microplastic that releases tiny particles whenever it is rubbed against. Basically, they sell lung disease causing products.

False advertising - purchased what was pictured as a plain grey and white checked tea towel, but what arrived was a tea towel with SHAW emblazoned in huge red letters at one end, and DIRECT.COM in huge red letters at the other end - absolutely disgusting. I have made a complaint to the Advertising Standards Authority.
