I ordered a door mat. It was the correct size, but it was supposed to be seashells and pebbles. The 'shells' did not look like shells as shown in the pic. It is very thin. I would be embarrassed to put it out. I am getting my $50 back. I'm so upset.

Terrible store- DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They represented a product with a photo and a description- when it arrived it looked like an incomplete casting without all of the details. I reached out about the defective product and they said they changed the design and it wasn’t made like the photo or as described. It looks terrible and very different. They say they are a store in Wyoming but are requiring my return to go back to China with tracking. That will cost about as much as my entire order, aweful!

This site is so misleading. Cheap, chemical smelling item arrived. Literally the skull knife block smelled of pure Formaldehyde. I contacted the company to return the item and they want me to ship it back (on my dime) to China, in order to return it. Because this is not listed as a requirement on their site, I have disputed with my bank. This site is shady a.f. Highly recommend avoiding this site like the plague.

Prompt delivery and item was great. Had an enquiry which was quickly attended too as well.

Bought the Xenomorph decanter and its crap. The detail is nowhere near what is advertised. Feels like I was ripped off. I would have been happy had it matched the picture which it clearly does not.

I spent $80 on what looked to be high quality items. What I got instead was cheap knockoffs that were selling for $12 on Temu. When I tried to get a refund, they wanted me to pay to get the items shipped back to China, even though I received the items from California. Had to get the charges disputed through my bank in order to get my money back. The website looks nice, but don't be fooled. This is cheap garbage sold for waaaay more than it's worth

The replicas are child size. Left a review at Lily and Eden. It disappeared.

This company is a scam. The owl lamp in picture is not the same as was sent. It states stain glass & resin, received molded one piece plastic that might be worth $2, but I paid $39 plus shipping.

This company drop ships Temu items from China. $25 on Temu for the exact item this company charges $95 for. I tried to return it when I saw it was being shipped from China. They tell you that you have to cover shipping charges for the return. This is a scam site, stay away.

Horrible business, selling horrible products and lying about shipping costs. They charged me $100 for three Alien figures in the lotus position. The package came from China and it was trampled and shredded. The figures were tiny, cheap and nowhere close to being worth $30 each. When I tried to return it they made me pay to ship it to China! What the hell???

My order was extremely delayed with a lack of correct shipping or tracking information.
I purchased golden pineapples for an event, so there was a deadline. Surprisingly, they did arrive today out of the blue, and the event is tomorrow.

But in a panic, I have already bought them AGAIN from someone else, so I now have to return them to the other company. No returns here.
The stuff comes direct from China.

No customer service line and the email response is definitely not human.
I will not buy from them again.

They are offering $10 to write a review. Which I don't want.

What I received was not what they pictured on their website. it was much smaller, unusable, and it I wanted to return it I had to mail it to Shanghai China. I posted a poor review, but they did not post it! I had seen a couple of poor reviews much earlier, but they removed all of them!

The wooden products I ordered and received are absolute crap. Fit for firewood only. Not properly sanded or finished. Not food safe.

The picture did not match product. The website says Wyoming but the product was sent from China. I tried to use the easy return but my invoice number did not work. Then I Messaged support and was offered a 20 percent discount or return. The return did not include shipping. Shipping back to China cost more than the product. The same plastic molded product I received was available for 1/3 the price in a US store.

The company claims to be located in the United States but sends all of their items directly from China, taking over a month to ship and receive. Do NOT purchase from these scammers! They are simply a middle man that overcharge for the items and ship from China. NO STOCK!!!

Product was not even close to what was shown on their website. I was supposed to receive a hand crafted stained glass owl lamp, what I got was a poorly painted piece of plastic. Also took 17 days to get to my house from the date I ordered it. DO NOT order from this company.

It took forever to get product. Total scam! $40. For a $5. Lamp looks nothing like picture was false advertisement. Wouldn't recommend.

The pictures of the items are deceptive. The Kracken Board I received was much smaller and much less detailed than pictured. The sections hold nothing! When I complained they told me that they do accept returns, but the item needed to be mailed back to China. Since that expense was prohibitive, I accepted a refund to my charge for less than 30% of the item cost. And I did try to write reviews, but they never published them. I saw other low reviews about their items being unlike what they picture, but they are removed immediately.
