What you receive looks nothing like what's pictured.

What they show on their website looks beautiful. What you actually receive looks like absolute trash. If you submit a negative review on their site they will not display it. They'll accept a return but you have to create your own label and pay for the cost to ship it back to China. Total scam.

Godzilla Snug

I recently ordered the Godzilla Snug (adult size) from Lily & Eden and it would not fit over my 9 year olds head. I am disappointed with my experience. The product I received was not as described and didn’t even fit properly, despite ordering the correct size. I reached out to customer service, and while they were polite, the only options offered were to keep the item for a 20% refund or return it at my own expense, including paying for the shipping.

I chose the 20% refund because paying to return something that wasn’t as described didn’t feel reasonable. I want future customers to be aware that if something doesn’t work out, you are responsible for the return shipping. This isn’t made clear upfront, so please double-check the return policy before buying.

The customer service team was responsive, but overall the experience wasn’t what I expected, and I wouldn’t personally order again unless the return process changes.

Exchange towel racks

I contacted the co after receiving towel holders which were wrong size.
Katrina was very responsive. She searched elsewhere for the size we needed, sent us a link and, when we approved, ordered the new racks which worked perfectly.
We did not have to return the old ones either so we will use them elsewhere in our house.
Katrina was awesome and we our very happy.

VERY DISAPPOINTED. I LEFT THE FOLLOWING REVIEW. MINE HAS BEEN A VERY UNSATISFACTORY EXPERIENCE. It’s a nice idea, but very poorly executed.

Gross misrepresentation. Hand cut stained glass? This product is a molded resin piece, hollow on the inside. There is NO stained cut glass in this lamp. The “cut glass pieces” appearance is created by molding ridges in the resin, and then painting them black, along with the beak and tail. That may be OK, if the description here was correct, but certainly NOT at this price! All told, this piece should sell for no more than $20.

On top of this, the black paint doesn’t adhere very well to the resin. Wiping it with a hand sanitizer alcohol wipe results in black paint on the wipe, and the skin, but unfortunately doesn’t come off the skin as easily as it got on. A $50 piece that sheds black paint?? Seriously?? Absolutely unacceptable!!

Easy returns? Why would anybody want to spend more time repackaging everything, and taking the package to a shipper? The honorable thing the seller should do is to refund the purchase price, without requiring return. They know what the product is and is not. I’m not holding my breath.

These people deserve to have people sue them in small claims court (no lawyer needed) and file complaints with Better Business Bureau, and complain to your credit card issuer…maybe then, they’ll get the message.

OH, BTW, I SUBMITTED A REVIEW on their website. About a week went by, and it wasn’t posted, so I posted another review…that one didn’t make it either … surprised? NOT!

Look at the large selection of products they offer, imagine the misrepresentation on them, think of the profit margin! That should put you in an appropriate state of mind.

Fraud!

I ordered a cardinal for my mother in law who is grieving her brother. The photos posted on the website are a "Tiffany-style" lamp. The lamp I received was half of the size of the photo. Additionally, the felt bottom is glued so haphazardly it looks like someone had their eyes closed while gluing it on. It is made out of the cheapest plastic I have ever witnessed and is horribly painted. I google cross imaged the lamp and they are selling it from 3rd parties for $13.00. I paid $50. We have been attempting to get a full refund; however, they will only offer 25% or we could send it back to get a full refund, but have to pay shipping to China which is extremely expensive! This company is not in Wyoming! This is not a small business. This is a scam!

If I could I would give zero stars! This company is a scam. Read reviews before ordering. I regret not. I ordered a shell door mat $39 as a christmas gift. When it arrived it was a flimsy piece of printed felt youd buy at the door store. They claim they are in Wyoming but to return and ITEM you must send it to China and you must pay for shipping. They refuse to give a customer service phone number. Awful

Reliable and trustworhty

I ordered two items from Lily & Eden and both arrived in perfect condition. The quality is much better than I expected and the designs are truly unique. Customer support also answered my question within minutes. Super happy with my experience!

The lamp I bought seems quite well made even if it is a little smaller than I had anticipated. The LED fitting was loose, and I had a query about it which was very promptly answered. Reasonably satisfied with the quality.

SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Item you get is nothing like what you thought you were buying. When I tried to return it even had the correct order # told me order not found. Lesson learned. Sticking with Amazon. Wish I knew about this site before I ordered

Product Very Misrepresented

My wife ordered a mosaic owl to give to a friend for Christmas. We expected a glass mosaic structure, but instead received a very cheesy plastic light-up "ornament". It looked very different than the picture and was not at all what we expected. When we asked about returning it, they said we could ship it to CHINA (nevermind they sent it to us from a USA location), freight at our expense. Or, they would give us a 25% credit and we could keep the product. We negotiated the credit up to 35% because of the cost of freight, after discussing with them that the item was misrepresented and they should cover the freight. They were not going to do so.

Short story: We will NEVER EVER EVER shop from Lily & Eden again! It was a TERRIBLE experience!

Not perfect but well handled

While it wasn’t perfect, I did receive a defective item, with photos and and an email I was able to get a replacement sent out to me with no trouble.

The alien (I dunno the actually name it’s for my husband lol) lamp while not huge, is still super cool.

I will say the tracking is…not ideal. But, working in online retail, this company uses a company that MULTIPLE websites use. They simply present the tracking to you in a different manner.

If the replacement comes in with trouble I’ll be sure to update. But for now the product is super cool and I’m happy getting a replacement was easy.

I am very pleased with the customer…

I am very pleased with the customer service at Lily and Eden. I ordered a Kraken cheese board, which, when it was delivered, had a broken tentacle. It would have been easily fixable, but when I contacted Lily and Eden, they immediately offered to replace the board, and the replacement arrived quickly and in one piece.

Junk site like Temu

Junk site like Temu. Ships from china, takes for ever and then finally arrived and quality is nonexistent. Stuff is quality similar to children's toys and sure hey, they have a 30 day return policy but you have to pay return shipping to china that costs more than the product does. tried to leave reivews on their site to prevent other from buying , but they must hide them....

Boy I wish I had read reviews as I normally do before making my purchase. I hate when companies say they are here in the US and if accurate by some of these reviews products are shipped from China. AVOID LILY & EDEN OR PAY THE COST FOR JUNK!!!

As all other purchasers of the Xenomorph decanter have substantiated, this decanter looks nothing like the website picture. It is a cheap knockoff, much smaller than shown, and made entirely of clear glass. There is no painting of any kind. VISA, expect a call from me to have this charge reversed.

What they advertise is not necessarily what you get. Ordered the Xenomorph decanter from their website which is black with colour highlights just like in the movie. What arrived is just plain clear glass. Blatant false and misleading information

One of the worst companies Ive…

One of the worst companies Ive purchased from. I was very excited about the bathroom towel rack I got. However, the shipping took over 3 weeks as it was coming from China. The product was terrible and could not hold the weight it listed. When asked to return, they take forever to respond to the emails and tells you that you have to ship it back to them to China, with the customer paying for the shipping. In addition, I paid for shipping to USA already! Their 30day return policy is bullshit. Poor quality, poor company, dont waste your money.
