ordered my item on the 21st of january and it’s now the 8th of march and still haven’t received it. i was told it would take 2–3 weeks but it’s been over 6 weeks and now my emails are being ignored and i haven’t had any updates. save your money and get your clothes elsewhere as this is 100% the worst experience i’ve ever had with a brand.

i would honestly give zero stars if i could. it is not hard to figure out they are just reselling items from alibaba.com, but that is not the part that bothers me. what bothers me is that after my card was charged for a single item almost two months ago, i still have yet to even receive a tracking number and their utterly incompetent support team has been unable to answer even basic questions. they are clearly running a scam and i would strongly discourage anyone from making a purchase from them. i have filed a claim with my cc company.

délai bcp trop long, achat pour plus de 70€, reçu 1 par 1 avec des délais entre chaque extrêmement long. d'ailleurs, je n'ai jamais reçu "le cadeau" (des lunettes de soleil)
le retour est entièrement à nos frais, plus de 15€
le site dit être basé en dans le nord de l'europe, mais en fait c'est une passerelle car les articles viennent des pays de l'est....

I thought that this could be another website to shop for alternative clothing. Such cute clothes. But it's been a month and I have gotten no updates whatsoever on the sweatshirt and sunglasses I ordered. I feel like I'm being scammed.

First of all, the clothes this site sells are high quality ones, and the sizes are accurate. Secondly,shipping is safe and well tracked, so that you can always know where your package is. Eventually, the costumer service always responds after a short period of time to every problem or question you may have.
I highly recommend it.

I would give them 0 stars if i could. Ordered 3 items costing around £50 - a reasonable amount of money! - did not receive any updates what so ever about my orders, could not track them. Waited well over 3 weeks and finally recieved the blue checkered jeans id been waiting for - possibly the worst item of clothing i have ever received. The jeans are dreadful quality, they absolutely stink and i dont want to know why, the metal button on the waistline to do the jeans up is loose and rattley - could fall of any second, and to make things worse, they havent even made a hole to put the button through so i cant even do up the jeans! Ive received 2/3 of my items and cannot stress enough how terrible the quality is. I am still awaiting an item almost a month after ordering now. Probably the worst online shopping experience i have ever had, would strongly recommend not to use this company and save yourself the frustration. Absolutely abysmal.

This is by far the worst online shop I’ve ever ordered from.
I had to wait more than a month for the items to come. The items came all broken and from the 6 things i’ve ordered I’ve only gotten 3 of them.
It is literally not worth your money and your waiting.
If i was in your place I’d just skip this online shop and search for a better one with better prices, client confidentiality and quality.

Took nearly 4 weeks to arrive. Ordered joggers which were on SALE at £24 so at least expected good quality clothing but they’re cheap material and cheap screen print design on them. Would expect more for the money honestly. But at least they fit and the design is cool

To some extent I blame myself for the cheap, bad quality shirt I received. £24 for a lousy piece of fabric that has a problem with the buttons ( it’s stitched incorrectly so I have to be careful with fastening the shirt) - I could have gotten a better quality one for a fourth of the money at Primark. The only reason I’m not giving it « bad » 1 star is because the design of the clothing is what I ordered, just an ill execution of what could have been a cool shirt.

Item are from AliExpress! That's why you have to wait for at least 3 weeks. Every item wil be send separately. So if you buy 5 items, you will recieve 5 packages.

The sizes are weird. Some items are way too small, some are too large.

If you want to return an item, you will have to send an email. I did but there's no respond.

I will NEVER buy something from Lili Biachi again!!

I order a jacket ( order 11625 size S Holographic Puffer Jacket ) for my daughter 15 years old on 15.12.2019 , and i receive today 28.12.2019 ( in Swindon ) . Great item and fast delivery !! Thanks

Ordered a jacket for my daughter 9 December, it is now the 26th December. We have still not received anything, not even any conformation from any courier. Just a mail from LB saying our order has been shipped from Asia.

We buy quite a bit of clothes for the kids online and this is the longest we ever waited for something. My daughter is quite disappointed, would have loved to have it before Christmas.

We will not support LB again.

I have ordered about three or four times from the site and they never fail me.

It's true that the items are a bit pricey and it does take abou 2-3 weeks for the arrival but it's worth it. Comfy quality and love the style and themed items.

Favorite online shop for sure. I only save to be able to buy things from the site.

Hadn't bought clothes from an Instagram account before so wasn't sure what to expect but was v happy that the clothes came as they looked in pics
Items came in decent time too - looking forward to wearing them on bank holiday weekend
