my experience with this company was horrible. shipping took forever and they had horrible customer service. when i finally received my items they are in not at all like the picture. they look super cheap and the quality is bad. if i could give 0 stars i would!!

This is my first time ordering from this site but unfortunately that coincided with the current pandemic that well, lead to a very long delivery delay (especially since I'm not residing in the UK). They are not to blame though, since they did their best to deliver what I ordered. The sweater I got was really thick and cozy!! I'll maybe order again once this global situation has been resolved. <3

Shipping took a while due to the pandemic but the items were of good quality with nice packaging, fit well. Customer service was also quick to respond to emails.

Quick delivery, everything went right.

My son loved his blue flame jumper,and has received many compliments there was good communication about expected delays due to lockdown.

I ordered 2 things. One of the items got lost in the mail. I got a refund but waited over 6 months for the other item to arrive. When It finally came I didn't get what I ordered.

I ordered two shirts and they sent them separately and both took over 2 months to come. They never sent me any emails about my order and the shirts were to small.

Ordered my first crop top from here and I have to say I absolutely love it. Shipping took around 1-2 months which personally I'm okay with. Quality is good and is not see through either just waiting on my gift now

the t-shirt is beautiful but it take a lot of time to arrive but i think is for the corona virus

I ordered some shoes from this brand 6 weeks ago and the shoes are still in china, while I live in the US.

I have both flame knitted sweaters from them they are amazing, shipping takes a while but it didint bother me that much cause i wanted the merch! Recently had a delayed package due to the coronavirus but they answered the day after and i recevied it within 2 days!

J'ai commandé 2 fois sur ce site et j'ai toujours était trés satisfaite de la qualité et des tailles des articles.En effet les commandes prennent beaucoup de temps pour arriver en France je dirais 1 mois.
Cependant, je suis allez sur Aliexpress par hasard,et, j'ai bien remarquer que les articles qu'il vendent sont sur Aliexpress en beaucoup moins cher.C'est à dire que vous pouvez avoir un tee-shirt à 20 euro sur Lilibiachi et le meme sur Aliexpress à 10 euro à peine!Donc je suis assez décue car j'ai bien compris que ils achetais sur Aliexpress et revender par la suite en se fesant une marge à la limite du honteux..Autant commander directement sur Aliexpress. Decue je ne commanderais plus.

NEVER order from this website. I ordered some trousers 10th feb and it is now april 20th. They have told me they have arrived however they have not. When i ask for proof of delivery they send the same email and say did not reply to me , so I had to send another one in order for them to reply to me. DO NOT buy from here. It is a scam. I want my money back at this rate. It is RIDICULOUS!

dont shop here. everything i received was really cheap and the size was not right at all. do not make same mistake as i did. this is an absolute scam. plus i have not received 2 things I ordered.

I left a bad review before as I thought I was being scammed because my item was ordered 2 months ago and hadn’t yet arrived however yesterday the jeans I ordered arrived and I’m in love with them they are very good quality and look just like the picture and accurate sizing I think the only reason it took this long for them to come was the whole situation happening in China which is where they were being sent from and I’m very pleased with what arrived.

I recently ordered a sweater on January 25th and i have not even received a shipping order confirmation. I messaged the support and they said it would come in about 28-35 days and i still yet to receive it. I am very disappointed and I feel like i have been scammed by this company. This is way against shipping policy and ridiculous. A sweater doesn’t take over 3 months to be delivered. I better get a refund this is so annoying!

I have never written a review before but this time I HAVE to write one. This has been the worst ordering experience of my entire life. I ordered 25th of January and it’s been exactly 2 months and still nothing. I don’t even think that my order is going to arrive. I have texted costumer support multiple times but they haven’t really said anything useful. It said 2-4 weeks on the site so this 2 month delay is against the shipping policy displayed on the website. They better let me keep the clothes for free or I will be taking legal actions.

I have never written a review on anything before but I felt compelled to write this because of the awful experience I have had with this brand. I ordered a product on January 18th, and it is now March 12th. The product was portrayed to arrive 2-3 weeks from the order date but clearly that is not accurate. I have already emailed the support multiple times requesting updates on my order or a full refund and have received no actual acknowledgement of my refund request or updates on my order. I don’t even care about the clothing at this point I just want my money back. I feel like I am being scammed. Do not purchase from this brand, it is a waste of time and money.

Do not buy from this website I’ve been waiting over 3 months now for my item, they said they would re send it over and over but still haven’t had anything. Their customer service is appalling and takes them weeks to reply and when they do it’s never anything useful they just try par you off with some nonsense. This was meant to be a Christmas present for my girlfriend, I’ve asked for a refund 2 weeks ago and still haven’t had anything. I honestly can’t believe a legit website could have such shocking customer service. Do not buy from this shop they don’t care about you so don’t give these people your hard earned money. Absolute shocking business.

honestly the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Have been waiting for my order since the 5th of February and it's not 10th March. Please don't buy from here. I still haven't received my order and don't know if I will... don't know if I will get my money back either. So overall I feel stupid for shopping with them.
