The new toothpaste dispensers are working very well and I'm very impressed by the new sensitive toothpaste

Great product especially the new applicator. Love the toothpaste, not too strong mint flavour but really cleans weell and the brush head is a perfect size. Have used a lot of eco products for my teeth but this is definitely the best I've tried.

It’s one of those companies where no matter what you do you seem to be tied in to toothpaste. They don’t reply to emails and the website/account settings are almost impossible to navigate. You don’t get a warning email if they’re sending you more toothpaste, only a notification once it’s too late. My advice is don’t get involved with these guys to begin with.
EDIT: updating my review as I received a refund of £8 straight away after they saw the review. I don't change my advice though - I have years' worth of toothpaste, a rubbish toothpaste 'pump' and a bad taste in my mouth from dodgy subscription practices.

Toothpaste is lovely but the pump dispenser bottle is not fit for purpose and blocks quickly. I’m waiting for my third bottle to be sent (over 2 months) but will soon be giving up and ending my subscription. Very disappointing as the toothpaste is lovely

I like this product but do not like the pressure at the start to subscribe. I would like to try the product first and then make an informed decision to subscribe in my own time.

I recently received my new toothpaste and dispenser. I had been using the old design but gave up on it as it kept getting stuck. What can I say - this new design is so much better. It is easy to use and the amount of toothpaste dispensed is perfect. Well done Life Supplies.

Lovely minty toothpaste, does a good job
BUT the dispenser is not fit for purpose we have had two now that just do not function well in fact have now stopped functioning altogether !
I have drawn this to their attention as have others as I can see from the reviews
Unless they can resolve this issue I will look for an alternative company for this and I have seen there are more of them now…

We love the premise, but the toothpaste spout is just a bit too short I find. Also the spring pump stopped working about a month after we got it, so we have to pull it up every time or unscrew the lid to get to the toothpaste.

I was an active subscriber. The mint toothpaste isn’t chalky tasting compared to other naturally toothpaste. The sleek design of the refillable bottle is quite nice. I requested for a new bottle as the pipe in my bottle broke when I tried to refill it. They say you’re covered without cost to a new bottle but unfortunately my request made on July 18, 2025 was not fulfilled by October 1, 2025. Even though they launched a new product with new bottle designs. They will not have my business anymore. For an ethical brand, unfortunately they are the reason for another non useful product in my bathroom.

The bottle dispenser is rubbish this is it's first use and pump tube does not reach bottom so last half inch all thick floppy my auto brush doesn't reach in bottle that far. Tried to unsubscribe but keep getting the stuff. Having said that the idea of less plastics is good. The small tubes for holiday don't reseal so useless. Glad it's vegan though.p.s. I have had a response from the company who have kindly offered a new bottle or to look into my cancellation. I am grateful for the offers. Thank you life supplies.

Basically, any of their dispensers are poorly made (had issues with the toothpaste one) still do, the company said they are going to send a replacement, but didn’t. Their shower gel, same story the pump was very hard to install (for someone with arthritis) so much force and time spend making it work..and the it just didn’t. They need to really re- evaluate their manufacturer/ supplier, shoddy awful dispensers, stay clear

Replacement now arrived and is excellent. I have been offered a gift as an apology but this review was not about getting something for free. It was just about my disappointment at the long delays. I am now happy I have the product and that it is very good. I will keep supporting new sustainable focused companies.

Replacement still not arrived - they are selling the products and now have a Black Friday sale but nothing is coming my way. Latest excuse is they have run out of the toothpaste - really?
I have made a decision to support new start up businesses who have sustainability at heart, but this one is just a disappointment.

Having written a glowing review it appears it was premature. The promised replacement dispenser has not been sent. I have paid the postage to receive this and I am still waiting. Emails go unanswered. Very disappointed

Review below was written when I was full of hope!

Every now and again you find a company which truly understands customers. The toothpaste is excellent and the concept of reducing plastic refill is very important to me. As others have mentioned, the original toothpaste pump had issues. Rather than hiding away from these issues, they have taken time to resolve them and produce a revised version. They are sending one to me at no cost along with some product. This is outstanding service and I wish them every success with their company. Things can go wrong in this life, it is how you put it right that counts.

The best eco friendly deodorant on the market. It is really effective. Definitely the best of all the ones I tried by far

I quite like the toothpaste but the pump container i purchased from them stopped working after a few weeks. In the meantime another order arrived.
I asked them to replace the dispenser. They gave me instructions on how to clean the dispenser (as if it was my fault). It took over a month. And then another order arrived.
I suddenly ended up with about 6 pouches but no way to dispense them. I bought my old toothpaste tubes to keep me going until the new version pump dispenser arrived.
The new 'version 2' pump arrived. By this time I was so frustrated with it all, I decided to cancel my subscriptions.
I've had the 'version 2' dispenser a few weeks now and it too, has failed.
I am now on the lookout for a dispenser that may work so that I can use the 6 pouches of toothpaste sat idley in my bathroom cabinet. I suggest Lufe Supplues do the same, find a company that can supply a dispenser that works for more than 3 weeks.

All was well until this year when they have repeatedly sent me products that I have not ordered. I asked them to stop and they cancelled my subscription. Thought that was the end of it but this morning another notification that they are sending me more unordered products. I am fed up. Lost a customer.

I love the toothpaste, the taste is refreshing without being too minty. After the success of the toothpaste, I decided to try the deodorant, and I love that too!

It was my first order with Life Supplies, as I'm hoping to use less single use plastic. There was an issue with the toothpaste refill. When I asked for a replacement, the response was very quick, no hassle, and they sent a replacement plus a spare within a few days.
