Embarked on this journey happy and hopeful. I hoped to reduce my plastic use and never buy another dispenser. This was not to be! The dispenser is useless unless you have the strength of a giant - definitely no use for a family. We ended up with the lid unscrewed and having to scrape toothpaste out the pot!!!! Not what I signed up for. Thoroughly disappointed and feel cheated frankly.

Great refillable and eco friendly products, have use for some time . Really like that they drop thru my door regularly

I have been a life supplies customer for the past year or so. Like others, I had difficulties with their bottle, however customer services have been so helpful to remedy the problem - thank you Farrida for your help :)
Also love the toothpaste and the fact the packaging is compostable, further reducing waste! - would highly recommend

I have tried for a couple years and the bottle for toothpaste just never works more than a couple months. I don't think its fair that to get a replacement bottle I have to stay subscribed. I think Parla actually have better approach to sustainability with their tabs and tubs and truely do think about product development. Life supplies feels more a money grab with poor design. This goes for the antiperspirant as well as it's a basic formula with essential oil (orange and eucalyptus being cheap oils) and generates more waste than if you recycled your basic £1 niveau glass and plastic bottles. I don't see the advantage.

Have been using their toothpaste which we love for a year or so had a subscription, but the pumps just do not work and we have had little help from the company so we have given up, trying other ethical ideas

I like the toothpaste but the pump action bottle is awful to use. I have to press on it so hard that the toothpaste flies out everywhere when it does come out. Style over substance frankly.

The newly designed (toothpaste) bottle works really well and looks good too. I really like that it’s refillable too. Packaged well and arrived safely!

**Pros:** Excellent flavor.

**Cons:** Version 1 applicator had a flawed design—impossible to fully empty, causing significant wastage. Customer service was unhelpful and wouldn't acknowledge the issue, prompting me to cancel.

Version 2 works better but compromised on aesthetics. Air pockets persist, and full decanting remains questionable.

**Value:** At £11.50 per 100ml versus ca. £5.60 for standard Colgate, it's double the price. Recent increases seem to cover original design failures rather than genuine cost rises.

**Verdict:** Despite great flavor, the design issues, poor service, wastage, and premium pricing don't justify the cost. Likely cancelling and reverting to standard brands.

I choose life supplies as it had no nastties in in it. I have a condition Sjögren’s syndrome and other toothpastes make my moth flare up. Life supplies has caused no flare ups and my mouth is no longer sore.

Love the toothpaste, struggled with the old bottle- new sage coloured bottle pump action ok so far. Emailed to ask for suspension of refills as too many in drawer but bottle arrived plus refill.

I love the product and the support has been first rate. I find the system and the quality of both the new dispenser and the. sachets of toothpaste first rate. It tastes like no other product on the market and its smoothness of the toothpaste is sublime.

I would like to give a shout out to Farrida for exceptional customer service. I love this product. My old original bottle was faulty, so Farrida made sure that I was sent the new improved one free of charge. I will never go back to plastic tubes and really recommend this service and the toothpaste...everyone should use it!

That doesn't slide everywhere, and has an excellent pump action!
The toothpaste refills are easy to empty into the bottle.
The sensitive toothpaste tastes good, and is working so far. My teeth feel clean after using with my electric toothbrush.

Have been using for past few years. Had a problem with initial design of pump. Were very helpful giving us replacement. New design working really well. Toothpaste is lovely and refreshing.

The toothpaste is great but the new bottle was disappointing, I do not like the white plastic dispenser. It doesn’t match the rest of the dispensers and looks cheap.
