Excellent products they might be late to be delivered but I’ve ordered many times and everything arrived in excellent condition. The thing is the customer service is bad. I’ve called many times in different days and hours, I’ve waited in the queue and no answer. Even when you email them they don’t answer fast. But overall I had good experience

Very long delays
Don't make the mistake of paying with credit card. The partner company has very long delays in delivery and the store lacks a serious order cancellation policy. I am in the second week of waiting for my prepaid order. When I ordered, the delivery estimate was 4 days. I sent an email to the customer and the answer was to wait. The package has not even been received by the domestic carrier...

Red flag
Red flag. After a couple of orders, it became obvious this company runs on incompetence and excuses. Their customer service is awful, but the worst part is how conveniently they “discover” reasons to withhold extra money from customers, usually by blaming vague “system errors” or tiny order mistakes.
If you don’t constantly monitor what they owe you, chase them for answers and practically force a valid answer out of them, the missing money somehow never magically appears in your bank account. And if you stay quiet long enough, they act as if they never owed you anything in the first place. A remarkably efficient system for them, not for the customer. Be careful.

Not even one star! You are a joke of an online bookstore. It's the second time that i order a Newly released book and took more than a month to be sent to me. Noone even apologized to me as a customer for the long wait. I'm never going to order again.
