Placed an order October 27th for 4 magnetic game sets.Tracking showed them in Iceland and then Miami. They finally showed up Dec 15th after I emailed questioning their location. These games are obviously poor knock offs. The box or game discs are not as depicted. After 5 emails with the company, even sending a video showing the discs repelling instead of attracting each other, I am not given an address to return items for a refund. I have decided to accept that I have fallen for a scam. I should have known better.

Ordered Magnetic™ Chess Game and it has been over a month since my order and I am still waiting for it to arrive. Updates are very sparse. Terrible experience and I will never order from them again.

Just like every other review I have read. This crowd is obviously extremely dodgy. Purchased the magnetic chess games x 3, ended up costing me $79 AU as was billed in US $, wasn’t to worried by that as I thought it was still reasonable value, after 7 weeks parcel finally arrived, one small plastic covered box, opened to find 1 chess set only. Contacted customer service ( what a joke) after countless to & fro emails I like others, got the run around. I too was offered $3, then $5. What a joke told them I had now lost patience & as they were obviously not willing to rectify the problem I would go on as many social websites as I could to warn others. I got a return email saying they would refund $7!!!!!! Won’t offend anyone with my response to that gem. They clearly should be closed down, appears they do just enough to get the odd good review. BUYER BEEARE.

Finally, a sneaker that fits just right!! I take a 7.5 wide width. Really nice comfortable fit. Wore these when I went shopping for 3 hours, went to the casino for 6hrs, walked the dog for nearly an hour and guess what???? My feet felt just fine. These sneakers are well worth the money.

I'd like a negative star option. Like others here I have been scammed for the magnet chess. And currently getting the run around thankfully I used PayPal so no compromise there. I no it's always a risk to purchase online. I will be reporting this "company " because it's wrong..not to mention all the horrible spam emails I get now and have to block

Perfect little shoe for my 3 year olds first dance class. They are well made, easy to put on, and can withstand the heel toe heel toe heel toe of a weekly toddler dance class. Will continue with this brand as she grows into larger sizes.

Horrible company to deal with! Placed my order Nov. 10th, 2023, and still have not received it! Customer service is giving me the run around! These were gifts for my Grand children, they are now USELESS TO ME! This company are scammers! Do not shop with them!

Similar to others, I was charged more than quoted at checkout and my daughter’s magnetic chess birthday present has been ‘in transit’ in NZ for over three weeks…I hold no hopes for it turning up. Please beware!

Ordered 2 magnetic games for grandson Nov 1 arrived 13 Dec. only part of a Game. $45.98 US Package intake just bits and pieces. They deny any issue. No refund. Never buy from these rogues.

First of all, they overcharged me on Paypal. I had to make a complaint as they added taxes and another charge that I did not agree to. There is no way to track your package. When you follow their link, the pop up to get you to buy more won't go away, so you can't look for the tracking number. I will make a complaint to Facebook as well.

Ordered magnetic chess game on 5 November 2023. No package but 'tracking' number tells me it's in transit in New Zealand since 3 December. Credit card has now been compromised and now blocked by Bank.

I ordered 4 sphere balls for CHRISTMAS for my grandsons. I paid, wrote down order number went to libertyzeay.com and no such order number on file. SERIOUSLY WTH

I purchased three of the Tetra Tower games to be gifts for my grandchildren. They arrived wrapped in plastic wrap, but the contents were soaked inside the package - to the point where the cardboard boxes are ruined, and deteriorate upon touch. There are cardboard game cards within that are ruined as well. I sent photos and they said the molded plastic game pieces are okay so my order was satisfied. They offered no compensation, or even to send new boxes to put game pieces in. These items are no longer giftable. I really feel there customer service is lacking. I would advise buyers beware.

I read these reviews after I purchased, and instantly regretted not checking first, however I needed not worry.
Ordered the magnet chess game from New Zealand, and the parcel arrived after 10 days!! Well packaged, nicely make and does what it should. I cannot fault the process

The $26 product I ordered was gray. The product I received was brown and useless.

We ordered some toys for our grandsons and used a credit card. The next day we had two fraud charges on our credit card from this merchant. Our Credit card informed us of the suspicious activity so we had to cancel the card and they will re-issue it.

Recieved what I thought was a climbing Santa but inside when I opened the parcel it was three bundles of scrap material. Lucky I didn't order anything else.
I would have scored then zero but you can't.

Bought 3 games to get their discount. Was quoted $34, they charged my paypal $49 $9 of it was a tax. As soon as I saw the charge was wrong I had a bad feeling. Tried to cancel the order with the company- no response, next day received an email that it shipped (from spain?! I had no idea.) It's been a little over three weeks, I have tried to dispute through paypal and they denied it saying it wasn't a billing error. Still cant get info from company and no product. Next I'll have to go through my credit card to dipute, absolute waste of time and energy.

I bought 3 magnetic games on 23 Oct. I get emails with tracking, but it has been over a month now and no parcel yet.
