Been 9 days , no information on tracking. And can not get a hold of them

They are a scam! They took my my but no merchandise received. I ordered and purchased in full for three pairs of sandals in February 2024 and it is now April 28, 2024 and still no merchandise, no updates, no confirmation about my merchandise, no refund provided!!!!! NOTHING!!! I had to contact the officials regarding this overseas scam. Just awful !!! Don’t order from them !! A DEFINITE RED ALERT !!!

I ordered a clothing item and they charge me over 60$ CAD then it took over 2.5 months to come and when I asked for a refund before it actually came to my door, they said no.
I went through PayPal and they did investigate and voila! I received it a week or two later. But...the item quality is garbage. Lesson learned, never again. I won't be buying from random sites ever again

Biggest ripoff of the century. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Package supposedly sent February 3rd, today March 12...still no package. Customer service in pretty much a bot/AI.
BE WARNED...this company is a rip-off scam, rip-off artist, etc.

No free shipping like they promised, and when I got my PayPal message it was way more than what I agreed to pay in my cart. If I hadn’t been watching carefully they would have gotten 25% more out of me with hidden charges.

Terrible customer service. This took 3 months to arrive. I had ordered items with names etched in them. Instead I received alphabet stickers to put on myself. Customer service was useless during the 3 months I waited for this product. I repeatedly asked for updated shipping but they kept saying they were checking on it and would let me know. My tracking still shows this package arriving in Wichita, KS on 12/28/23 and no updates after that. I recieved the package yesterday from an address in California but the tracking still shows it sitting in Wichita. Don't order from this company. It will take months to get your items and they most likely won't be correct. I will never order from them again.

This company does not deserve one star they stole my money of $28.39. Said they delivered an item which was never delivered to my address and refused to give my money back. They are horrible company and I would never suggest anyone buy anything from them.total scammer total rip off horrible company

Just like many other reviews, I ordered 3 x magnetic chess sets in November 2023 and never received it. Tracking information was wrong and it ended up getting sent back without ever communicating in good time to allow me to address whatever the issue was. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are now trying to get more money from me to "resend" the parcel. I also am resigned to not receiving the paid for item but spreading the news that this company is not to be trusted.

If I could put zero stars, I would. I had ordered this product, (car charger/bluetooth speaker/sidelight) as a gift from my wife and was never told that it was coming from Ireland, which caused it to be nearly a month before my wife received it. When she did finally received it, they never did work, and I went back-and-forth with the shipper , trying to figure out why I didn’t work. After I finally told the shipper that I would just like to have a refund and he had me running around with texts and emails he finally told me that now it was too late for a refund. This is the last time I will ever do business with this company as I feel they’re not very honest and they’re dealings with consumers. Good luck with your business plan!

Do not go anywhere near this site. Products not as advertised, terrible quality, not at all fit for purpose.

Customer service to report issues is non existent. Their response is you’re better off keeping it as the refund process is really hard and very long, and we will make you pay large return fees.

If i could do a -100 score i would. This store is a scam. Bought the magnet chess game and the chess pieces that arrived were 1cm circles and not magnetised. Contacted the company and they said they would give me 1usd refund and kept saying they had sent me the product and there was nothing they could do. Complete ripoff and very frustrated as i didnt see the reviews of the site until now. The real product is 4cm big - as my sister bought the real one from another seller.

Received my product late. Packaging and inside. Packaging was soaking wet and product did not work. After three times contacting customer service, there has been no resolution. Their customer service rerouted me back to the same area where I continue to ask for my money back or replacement product.

No sooner did I write my last review, when I received another email stating my package had been delivered. This was a blatant lie!! I checked with my daughter, and they never received my order!! I was robbed by Libertyzeay.com!! I will never order from them again, and I will be sure to tell everybody to never trust this company!!

I ordered two magnet games. After about 5 weeks they claim it was delivered. I didn’t get it. Obviously there are such things as porch pirates. But I can’t get info on the address it was delivered to. I can’t get info on the delivery company (UPS, FedEx, USPS, Amazon etc… I can’t get in touch with a human. Only Bots. I’m sent from this link to that link with pre written solutions that don’t match my problem. (Even the “contact us button”) No customer service.

The thing they dont tell you when you order merchandise is that they will send you a miniature version of whatever item they selling. Takes too long to arrive. When they offer a discount you only see it before you check out. The amount the charge your credit card is that without a discount. When you ask to return your order they will argue with you that they send you the right item eventhough that item does not work. In short this company is shady and i wouldn't trust them in anyway.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! SCAM SCAM SCAM.
Cheap Chinese products which are NOTHNG like videos.
No refunds given. Huge run around with lots of empty apologies.

Made a order of the flying orbit balls , never received been over 1 month emailed support , no reply screwed out of 40.00 hope they choke on it, I ask for refund ? No answer yet .

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I cannot emphasize this enough. I ordered a magnet chess game for my husband for Christmas and the game pieces are so tiny and weak that the game doesn’t work at all. It is a scam. I truly regret not reviewing the website before buying. I found it on Instagram. Hugely disappointed and want to help others avoid the same fate. Do not do it.

Ordered the magnetic chess game. Took 2 months and then this poor excuse for it turned up. Can't play with the pea sized parts. Cheap and nasty.

This is a scam, I ordered Multifunctional Bluetooth Speaker. The product doesn't work. After I raised a complaint the customer support team offered refunded of $2. Beware, the products are bad & they are cheating customers!
