0 stars! Bad quality product, no customer service. You do not get what you paid for

Llevo más de un mes esperando el pedido. Y ahora me dice que se supone que se ha entregado… mentira porque a mí casa no ha llegado nada. No puedo contactar con nadie porque no tienen teléfono y a los 100 mails que he enviado no recibo respuesta. Me he gastado 120€ en una lámpara que todavía no me ha llegado. Timadores!!!!

Ora a quanto pare hanno chiuso come Le Sommet ma sono tornati alla carica con il nome “Le FÉURAGE”. Attenzione!!!!

Qué desastre de empresa, llevo 5 meses para devolver una lámpara y no me contestan a los correos, pésimo servicio y calidad.

Pessimi materiali, per nulla corrispondenti alle foto. Prezzi altissimi e impossibile fare il reso, o meglio…l’ho fatto ma non mi hanno mai ridato i soldi.
Ho fatto intervenire l’associazione consumatori ma nulla da fare. E ora il loro sito sembra essere sparito!

I returned the items back to Spain and they were sent back to me.

This is a scam dropshipping company. The quality of the product is terrible, they look nothing like the photos, the customer service give you a fake address to return products to (so you pay international shipping to return it) and the products ultimately get returned back to you because the address does not exist

El producto no ha llegado. Según un correo suyo, por error en la dirección fue devuelto al vendedor. Desde entonces, hace casi dos meses, no me contestan a los correos ni a los mensajes realizados a través de su página web.

Really poor quality products and do not refund follow through on refund or return policies. Looks great on the site and the price is quite premium, but the products and super cheap, Chinese made plastic rubbish.

I returned them at my cost, then did not get a refund or any response from customer service.

Just a scam business... stay away

Their customer service is non-existent! The remote control sent didn’t work, they said send it back & we’ll send a replacement. 6 weeks later nothing has been replaced & they do not reply to any emails. Do not buy from Le Sommet, inferior product & service. Zero stars

If I could give 0 stars I would. An absolute disgrace! Only received half of my order and have been sending emails but haven’t had any response. Do not buy anything from this company!!

Terrible quality, faulty after one day and a complete scam for the money. They will not return emails about the faulty light and refund I'm seeking. I'm considering a small claims action if possible. Companies like this need to be taught a lesson. Don't buy from them.

Es un fraude. No hay calidad alguna del producto, es de bazar chino.
No hay manera de que te envíen la etiqueta de devolución. Llevo 12correos para intentar buscar respuesta y es una estafa.

Es una autentica estafa y muchos de estos comentarios tambien .
No hay telefono , no forma de hacer devoluciones , no tienen paypal para no poder reclamar , en IG no puedes hacer comentarios para que no quede constancia . Voy a reclamar a consumo es pesima calidad y un timo

Very low quality bedside lamps.
The lamps I received were nothing like the images on the website. Lamp stem comes in two pieces to twist together and don’t sit flush. I paid $226 for two lamps and feel like I have been scammed. Do not purchase from this site.

This site is a total scam. I paid $376 for two bedside lights and they’re cheap plastic crap. Have tried to make contact to return them and not response. AVOID unless you want to throw money down the drain.

Product on website looks premium, slick and priced as such. In reality it is cheap low quality chinese trash. I got scammed - don’t make the same mistake.
